Percy POV

"Wizards and witches, I have an announcement! There will be a pop quiz today!" Professer Harries announces. I turn to Annabeth and grin. We already know way too much about Greek mythology.

Harries hands me my test, and I begin.

I pencil in Hera, Zeus, Poseidon, Dionysus, Ares, Athena, Artemis, Apollo, Demeter, Hermes, and Hephaestus.

Hecate, Iris, Khione, Boreas, Aeolus, Asclepius, Eris, Nike, Eros, Hebe, Ganymeade, The Muses, Nemesis, Pan, Persephone, and Thanatos.

I could have named so many more, but I had to stop or I'd run out of time.

7. Which major Olympian god is NOT on the council?

Hades

8. What was Kronos' weapon of choice?

Scythe

9. Which god's major item did the Telekhines craft?

Poseidon's trident

I finished the test and turned it in. Professor Harries looked over it for a moment, then grinned.

"Wow, Percy!" He smiled, "Less than a minute, and in perfect ancient Greek too!"

Startled, I looked down at my paper, only to find that the questions and my answers had been in Greek.

I headed back to my seat, and flashed a smile at Hermione, who was struggling with question four.

I read through the pages of my textbook. Even though I had encountered most of the monsters and gods in the book, it could never hurt to be prepared in case I ever met any of the ones I hadn't yet.

Twenty minutes later, the last person handed in their quiz, and the professor clapped once to get all of our attention.

"Wizards, I am pleased to announce that the Yule Ball is approaching! Exchange students have the opportunity to wear fancy muggle dress, but Hogwarts students must wear dress robes. A dancing class will be held tomorrow as preparation." Harries reveals, then turns to me.

"Mr. Jackson, you and the rest of the wizards competing in the tournament will be starting off the dancing.

Oh, gods.
