Chapter 16

I woke up to Matt sleeping next to me. Today we had to leave for our flight. I forgot. I perked up and started to shake Matt.

I felt bad because he looked so cute when he was relaxed and sleeping.

He didn't budge. He was still sound asleep. I rolled my eyes and let out a sigh. I then felt two hands grab my waist and pull me back down on the bed.

"Let's cuddle" Matt smiled with his eyes still closed.

"Matt our flight leaves in two hours and it takes almost an hour to get to the airport." I said.

"What?!" Matt said as he jumped out of bed "c'mon we got to get ready!" He yelled from the bathroom.

I gave him an extra tooth brush so he could brush his teeth. His hair was laid down flat on his forehead, which I liked more.

I brushed my teeth and brushed my hair out.

"I'm gonna get my stuff. I'll be back to pick you up" Matt said.

"Okay" I smiled.

He pecked my lips and went out of my room.

I checked my phone to see a text from my mom.

"Have fun on tour sweetie! Love you! xoxo Mom!" I read on my lock screen.

I texted back and started to get ready.

I put on eyeliner and mascara and a little bit of foundation which wasn't too much. I didn't like to wear a lot of makeup. I decided to wear a blue t-shirt and leggings. I wear leggings a lot. Basic.

I slipped on my white converse and went into the bathroom to touch up on my hair. I brushed it out again and decided to leave it natural. It was naturally wavy and long. It was better natural i thought.

I brushed my teeth again and went to sit on my bed. I scrolled through my Twitter notifications and saw a few tweets. More than I usually get.

I decided to tweet something.

"@averymarie: Follow me snapchat! @averyaye"

I had gained followers since Matt and the rest of the boys had followed me.

Fangirls mostly.

I then saw a figure standing in my door way. It was Matt.

"Oh my God Matt!" I yelled.

He burst into laughter thinking it was the most funny thing. I rolled my eyes and tried to act upset.

"Fuck you Espinosa" I smiled.

He rolled his eyes and jumped on my bed.

He came closer to me and kissed me passionately. Our lips moved in perfect motion. Matt wrapped his arms and kissed me harder. It got heated. I pulled away to catch my breath and looked into Matt's eyes.

"We're gonna be late" I said and smiled.

I pecked his lips and got off the bed. I grabbed my suitcase and walked out of my bedroom leaving Matt laying on my bed.

I felt him come up behind me before I took my suitcase down the stairs.

"Got it" he said while walking down the stairs.

We went out the door and I locked it. He put my suitcase in the car and opened the door for me. We got in the car and he started to back out.

I listened to music and scrolled through Instagram and Twitter.

"Let's get breakfast" Matt said.

I nodded as he pulled up to a random coffee shop.

"I want a coffee and a muffin." I said.

"Shawn af" he laughed.

I gave him a confused look. He just laughed and shook his head. He went and came back out with food. He got in the car and handed me my coffee.

I took a sip and Matt got me whip cream and a caramel drizzle on top which he knew I loved.

I thanked him and we ate. We finished and I turned back on the music.

We shortly arrived at the airport and got our stuff out of the car. Matt carried both our bags and a backpack. He was so sweet. We walked into the airport and went through all the bag checks and basic stuff.

We had to hurry because we were gonna miss our flight. As soon as we were walking towards the waiting area we saw a ton of screaming girls running towards us.

Well I wouldn't say a ton, but around twenty which isn't too bad.

I saw glares. I saw smiles. I saw tears. I was confused on whether people liked the sight of me or not. Matt quickly explained that we wouldn't have time to talk or we were gonna miss our flight.

"I'm so sorry, but I love you all" Matt smiled.

He tried his best to hug or smile at every fan he could. Matt was smiling like crazy and I could tell he loved his fans more than anything. They called for our flight and we hurriedly ran to the entrance.

The fans screamed and waved to Matt. Where I on the other hand was getting glares and confused looks, but a few smiles.

We boarded our plane and got settled in our seats. I got on Twitter, of course and scrolled through my notifications. I saw pictures of Matt and I that some of the girls had posted.

"@espinosadaily: @themattespinosa @averymarie dating?"

My eyes went wide when I saw pictures of us.

I saw a cute one. It was me carrying my purse and my phone while Matt had all the bags. I was talking and was looking at me and smiling.

"Babe" I nudged Matt shoulder.

"Hm?" He said and looked over at me.

"I like this" I smiled showing him the picture.

"That was when you were telling me how frustrated you get when you're running late for things." He smiled.

I laughed and pecked his lips.

"You're cute" Matt said.

"You're not" I smiled.

He rolled his eyes and laughed. A voice came over the speaker saying we were about to take off. The plane soon took off and we were in the air.

I snuggled up to Matt and laid my head on his shoulder while my arm was wrapped around his.

Matt tweeted a picture of us and it was cute even though I wasn't paying attention.

I favorited and retweeted it.

Our first show, or their first show, was in Los Angles, California. I'm nervous.

Ugh.
