Axel's POV

After I found out about my mother and brothers death, I was filled with an unquenchable rage that could only be stopped by murdering something so I decided to go to Chicago and murder a couple of people.

As I returned, I felt a pain in mine and Kol's twin bond so I made my way to where Kol was supposed to be which was the Gilbert home and my heart stopped at what I saw.

Jeremy and Elena holding the White Oak Stake over Kol's chest. Anger flew right through me and I used my magic to push the stake through Jeremy's chest, grabbed Kol and sped home.

A couple of hours later and I was preoccupying my time with healing Kol and making sure that he was ready to go because I am taking him out of this town for good. "Thank you, Axel I wouldn't be alive if it wasn't for you" Kol said with tears streaming down his face and I answered

"You don't need to thank me, Kollie because you are my twin brother and my other half, I would never let you die and if that ever happens, I would eviscerate every single person that wanted you dead and nobody would stop me" After I said that, Kol had tears pouring down and wrapped his arms around me and kept on muttering "thank you" over and over.

When Kol calmed down, which took a couple of hours I explained my plan to take him and leave this town forever and he immediately agreed to it so we went to pack and put our suitcases in my car. I looked over at him and asked "Are you ready for this?" And he looked at me and said "I have never been more ready" so we drove away and "The Psycho Twins" are on the road again.
