Entry 02

"Asia, to my office. Now." I heard my Dad said but I was too preoccupied by Nehemiah's face smiling. It was such a nice view, where had you been all my life Mr. Nehemiah? I was pretty sure that he is ages older than me but who cares about age anyway.

I was about to introduce myself properly but my Dad cut me off, maybe he knew that Nehemiah is my type and he's just saving his ass off the embarassment.

"Asia Scylla Torrefranco, I said to my office. Now." I rolled my eyes due to him saying my full name. Oh men, he knows how I hate being called by my full name! The name scylla itself is irritating me!

Well, I just found out a week ago what Scylla, who Scylla is, rather, on greek mythology. Now I know why Kuya and Pia are laughing their ass off when they are calling me a monster who owns a port. They said somehow my name fits me. I just hope that this pretty guy over here doesn't know its meaning.

"Fine. Fine. I just got lost a while ago." I said and walked towards Daddy.

"Because you're absentminded. I wonder why..." Dad murmured as he glance at Nehemiah who's now looking at us cluelessly. Oh men.

"It wasn't because of him!" I defended myself. "I really got lost because you both left me! And then I decided to text you, just to inform that I'll be staying here at the shore but then I heard a man singing, that's it." I explained which earned a laugh from Manong Rudy and Dad, yeah great.

"Uhh, Sir.." The pretty guy named Nehemiah said while scratching his nape, "Mauna na po ako, baka hinahanap nako ng Tatay ko." He said.

"Oh sige iho. Babalik din naman kami bukas dito ng mas maaga para masolusyonan ang problema." Dad said with his long tagalog and smiled.

"Salamat ho, sir." He said to Dad and bowed a little bit, I was shocked me when he faced me too that's why I jumped a bit which made him chuckle, "Mauuna narin ho ako, Maam.." he said and smiled.

Maam?! What am I?! A teacher?! I heard how Manong Rudy ang Daddy tried so hard to restrain theirselves from laughing but almost failed just when Nehemiah turned his back. Oh men, they both knew how I hate being adressed as Maam! I want Miss! Argh, being called by Maam makes me feel old!

"Enough of your grudges, Asia. Let's go home for now. We haven't eaten yet and I still have important works to do." Dad dismissed as we were heading back to our car. I heard a group of people laughing so I turned my head to the left side only to find Nehemiah with girls. Oh, he's with the banshee too. Is she his girlfriend?

He was surronded by girls who looks like bombarding him with questions. He looks more like an actor who doesn't know how to get away with his fangirls. Our eyes met before I can even enter our car but I immediately averted my gaze.

"So how was your first day on the port?" Kuya Russian asked me as soon as I sat at the sofa and rested my back on the soft couch.

"Not really fine. You know, Dad just embarassed me, I got lost, and guess what, someone called me Maam." I said as I rolled my eyes recalling what happened earlier. I heard Kuya chuckled.

"So, ready for your second day?" My eyes literally almost popped out due to what he said. What?! There's still a second day? I thought... I thought..

"Yes, Asia. You'll still have your second day. And guess what, you'll be with me for a month." Dad said as he climbed onto the stairs probably heading to his office here in our house.

I made a face visualizing what a hell of a month will I have. Oh, there must be a good thing since I'll see that pretty boy named Nehemiah. Sana lang talaga wala yong mga die hard fans niya. Mukha pa naman makikipagpatayan para lang sa atensyon niya. I chuckled with that thought.
