Chapter 5

As I read through the group chat I had an amazing idea. Horror games, it was October anyway and I knew Sapnap would like the idea because well its Sapnap. I quickly began to type my idea out

Dream team + dummy 

(Y/N): hey guys I had a great idea for our collab

Dream: well then tell us stupid

(Y/N): I was about to nerd

(Y/N): We should play horror games bc its October and everything

Sapnap: YES that we are doing that 

George: umm idk about that 

Dream: come on George you're lame its a good idea

(Y/N): yeah George you're so lame  

George: fine but I have the right to quit at any time

Sapnap: you're a pussy George

George: Thanks sap

We talked for a bit longer before George had to go to bed, I hate time differences. We had planned to film our horror game collab on Monday. I was pretty worn out after my stream, but talking to the dream team re-energized me, and I decided to get up and grab a snack. I walked to the kitchen and opened the fridge to see what I have and then I got a text from Dream 

Dream

Dream: hey dummy, you still up?

(Y/N): Ofc, I never sleep 

Dream: good

(Y/N): why is that good

Dream: I just wanna talk to you 

(Y/N): wow dream what a flirt

Dream: you're so annoying, call me

(Y/N): you're stupid

Not even one second after my text sent I got and in-coming facetime from Dream. Before I can accept, my head starts to scramble, am I about to see Dreams face I thought, but there's no way. I answer the call and all I can see is his ceiling, but it's okay because honestly I wasn't ready to see his face. He says hi and his voice immediately calms me, I say hi back, but my camera's still pointing at the ceiling. I ask how he's doing and he says, "I would be better if I could see your face." I feel butterflies in my stomach before I turn the camera towards me and ask, "better?" he replies with a simple, "much."

I finish my snack and head to my room while still on facetime with Dream. We talked for hours before I eventually got tired and fell asleep on facetime. I think he fell asleep too because I couldn't see or hear anything no the facetime when I woke up. I needed to take a shower but I figured I could wait until Dream woke up and noticed me. About half an hour later he woke up and decided to go to Starbucks, but insisted that I stay on facetime. He put his air pods in as he walked into the Starbucks, so he could hear me but wasn't responding. I listen to him order and it made me laugh when they called out his name for his order. I'm so used to calling him Dream that his actual name, Clay was hilarious to me. Eventually I had to shower and left our call but assured him we'd talk soon.
