"Hey wake up, we are going to be late"

I was awakened by Amiera's panic voice but instead of getting up I pulled Amiera into my embrace, I missed her so much that I just wanted to stay like this forever and not let her go. She scolded me but I continued to hug her until she finally offers to make breakfast.

She got up then wore my shirt that she picked up from the carpet. I went to the bathroom to brush my teeth and freshen up before helping her prepare breakfast.

When walked into the kitchen I saw her frying bacons and when she noticed me she gave me a warming smile which made my morning complete, I can't remember the last time she smiled. I hugged her from the back and placed a soft kiss at his shoulder, I missed her perfume.

"So what's your plan today?" I asked her while we were eating breakfast.

"I have to pass my thesis then Ava needs me for something" she responded while chewing a piece of the lettuce.

"Why?" I confusingly asked her.

"What do you mean?" she stopped eating then looked me straight in the eyes.

"You should stay with me" I smirked while putting food into my mouth "It's my birthday" I reminded her.

"I know but this is important" she held my hand that is on the table then smiled at me "I promise to come back" she squeezed my hand lightly.

I nodded at her then got ready after eating, she wore the clothes that she left in my closet the last time she came here while I wore a white dress shirt with black pants ang some black shoes while I changed my hair's direction to match my style. I dropped Amiera at her school before going to our campus even though I was a bit late already.

While I was parking my car I saw Lyndon in one of the benches waiting for me while holding his med books. I approached him then he greeted me with a big smile on his face but suddenly he looked confused.

"What's with the face, bro?" he asked me while examining my face.

"What face?" I started to look cold again.

"HIndi mo ko mauuto" he laughed at my reaction "your pupils are dilated" he laughed.

"No, they are not" I denied "Why would they be dilated?"

"I don't know" he shrugged.

School hours passed by na parang normal na araw lang pero I can't help but to think about Amiera, I thought I will pick her up later pero hindi niya sinabi kung saan sila pupunta ni Ava kaya I went with Lyndon instead. I offered him a ride dahil sabi niya daanan raw namin si Dane dahil libre niya daw alak. I was driving when suddenly Lyndon laughed out loud which made me feel annoyed.

"Shut the fuck up" I tried to make him silent but he laughed even more "What is your problem bro? are you trying to annoy me cause it's working" I said while still driving, trying to hold my patience with this guy.
