XI: The Way of The Rules

Chase was almost beyond anger as he drags Heatwave out of his chambers. "Chase, why?," Heatwave asked groggily as Chase sighs. "You need to get up early, should I remind you when you are late to Rescue Bot Academy?," Chase asked, remarking, making Heatwave groans before lightly kicking Chase's grip on his stabilizer.

Chase let go and went to the bookshelf as Heatwave got up from the ground. "Morning guys," Cody greeted as Heatwave grumbled a bit. "Hey," Heatwave says a bit groggily as he stretches. Upon hearing gears shift, Cody looked up to him. "What happened?," Cody asked as Heatwave looks down at Cody before looking at Chase.

"Don't worry about it," Heatwave says, looking back at the young boy. "-Heatwave-," Kade called. "Let me guess, Mr. Pettypaws is stuck on a tree?," Heatwave asked as Kade snorted over the channel. "-Much worse, he's stuck on top of a light pole-," Kade says as Heatwave looked bemused, yet amused.

"That's kind of funny, I don't even feel surprised," Heatwave says as he went to the platform.

"Ugh, nothing new on the TV," Blades groans as Boulder was painting on a new blank canvas. "Then, why not go for a flight?," Boulder asked as Blades looked thoughtful. "That's a good idea, I'll go ask Dani," Blades says as he joins Heatwave on the platform before going up to the surface.

Chase was looking through books as Boulder was painting. Cody then left upstairs on the elevator.

Heatwave looked at the cat bemused as Mr. Pettypaws was on top of a light pole. "Fire-bot, lift me up there," Kade ordered as Heatwave rolled his optics behind his bright blue visor. Taking out his ladder from his back, he placed it in front of Kade, who climbs to the top of it.

Lifting Kade to the top of the light pole with the ladder. Kade managed to get Mr. Pettypaws off the light pole as Heatwave carefully put them on the ground on Kade's command.

"Took you long enough," Mrs. Neederlander snapped as Heatwave rolled his optics behind his visor. 'I'll take that as thanks,' Heatwave thought as Kade had a forced smile. "Fire-Bot, transform," Kade ordered as Heatwave transformed into his alt mode. Then Heatwave noticed a car that drove by. A car that was a darker color of black, dark red, and dark purple.

"What was that?," Heatwave muttered to himself. "What was what?," Kade asked as Heatwave looked at Kade from the screen. "I saw a familiar paint job...," Heatwave muttered as Kade gave him a look. "Paint job of a car?," Kade asked as Heatwave sighed. "Erm, never mind," Heatwave grumbled as he began to wonder.

"What's on your mind?," Kade asked as Heatwave glanced at him. "Was there others that arrived here?," Heatwave asked as Kade gave him a confused look. "Others?," Kade asked. "Other Cybertronians," Heatwave corrected himself as Kade thought for a bit. "I think so, I think they were called Neutrals or something like that," Kade says as Heatwave thought for a bit before driving.

"What wrong, Heatwave?," Kade asked as Heatwave rolled his optics. "Nothing, I'm just thinking to myself," Heatwave scowled as he drove to the firehouse. "Heatwave, what is it about?," Kade asked as Heatwave glared at him. "I said it was nothing," Heatwave almost hissed, making Kade roll his eyes. Arriving at the firehouse, Kade got out, allowing Heatwave to transform.

Then Heatwave felt he was being watched as he looked around the garage, then went to the bunker. Chase and Boulder were looking through a chest full of stuff as Heatwave went over to them. "What are you guys looking through?," Heatwave asked as Boulder looks at him. "Cody is going camping with Chief, we're looking through what camping material is here right now," Chase spoke, not taking his optics off of the small book in his servos.
