Missing

Kirra wacked Henry's hand away as he reached forward to grab her cup of coffee "uh uh you and I both know that your mother would kill me if I let you drink coffee" she scolds

"She can't kill you, she's tried so many times and not once has she succeeded" Henry says and Kirra was confused for a second before quickly catching on that he was talking about the enchanted forest and their so called real identities

"Right, the evil queen" she says and nods her head

"Thanks for the shirt. Is this your mother's?" Emma asks and then sits down in the both on the seat infront of henry and Kirra

"She'll never notice" Henry says which answers Emma's question

"Looks better on you anyways" Kirra said and shrugged her shoulders before taking a sip of her coffee

"Aren't you a bit young to be drinking coffee?" Emma asks as she looks at the girl

"Sorry i didn't know you were my mum too" Kirra says sarcastically and then takes another sip of her coffee

"Coffee is bad for you. I'm just trying to look out for you" Emma says to the girl

"Well I've been looking out for myself my whole damn life and I've been doing just fine with nobody caring about me so I definitely don't need someone to look out for me now" Kirra growls and all three people at the table were shocked at the girls sudden emotion change

"I'm sorry I shouldn't have yelled at you" the teen quickly apologised and then went to stand up and leave but Emma grabbed the girls arm and looked up into her eyes softly and when she did she could see all the pain, anger and hurt that was swelling through the young woman's mind and Emma suddenly felt more sad than she ever had before.her heart broke for the girl

"Hey it's okay, sit down alright" Emma said and Kirra hesitantly nodded her head before sitting back down next to Henry

"I really am sorry I shouldn't ha snappe-" Kirra starts again but Emma cuts her off

"It's nothing don't worry about it... what do you mean that you have been looking after yourself all of your life?" Emma asks in confusion and suddenly Kirra's eyes widened in horror

"Nothing its nothing" she quickly raced out and then suddenly both Emma and Henry realised that they really didn't know much about this girl, they had no idea where she lived or who she lived with

"It's not nothi-" Emma starts but is cut off my Mary Margaret sitting down next to her with a giant grin on her face

"He woke up!" Mary Margaret exclaimed excitedly and Emma looked over at the woman in complete shock and disbelief almost completely forgetting about the conversation she was just having before the woman sat down. Key word, almost.

"What?"  Emma and Kirra ask but Henry had the worlds largest grin on his face

"I knew it" Henry exclaimed proudly and happily

"I mean, he didn't wake up wake up but he grabbed my hand" mary Margaret says still shocked with what had happened the previous night in the hospital

"What did the doctor say?" Emma asks quickly

"That I imagined it. But I'm not crazy, I know that it happened" Mary Margaret says

"We have to go back. You have to read to him again" Henry tells her excitedly

"Maybe you can get him to wake up fully" Kirra adds, Happy that the man was alright.

"Let's go" Mary Margaret says and stands up and grabs Henry's hand and pulls him with her and the two make their way out of the cafe leaving Emma and Kirra behind

"Kirr-" Emma starts but the teen cuts her off

"Look I don't want to talk about it okay, now let's go" Kirra says and then walks out of the cafe leaving Emma there with an unreadable look on her face

"You're right he's waking up" Henry says as they all run into the hospital and see lots of people around John Doe's or charmings hospital room and the sherif standing outside

"Henry you should stay back" the sherif says quickly and stops Henry from entering the room

"What's going on?" Mary Margaret asks in confusion as she steps up beside Henry and tried to oook into the room "is it John Doe? I'd he okay?"

"He's missing" the sherif tells them and they all look in towards his room and notice Regina in there staring at them and Kirra can't help but scoff

"And why am I not surprised?" She says and rolls her eyes and then Regina comes storming out of the room toward them and instantly glares at Emma

"What the hell are you doing here?" Regina asks Emma and then looks down toward Henry and grabs onto his arm "and you. I thought you were at the arcade. Now you are lying to me?"

Kirra didn't know why but she quickly stepped forward infront of Henry protectively and none of the people around her failed to hear the low animalistic growl that escaped the girls lips. It was like she was someone else as she stared dangerously at Regina who had instantly let go of Henry's arm.

Kirra quickly snapped out of it and blinked a few times in confusion before stepping backwards and muttering out a few incoherent words

"What happened to John Doe? Did someone take him?" Mary Margaret asks as she quickly tries to change the subject.

Henry looked toward Kirra who was staring out the window with confusion written all over her face and he couldn't help but smile a little bit, because while she didn't notice, Henry did. Henry noticed how slowly yet surely, Kirra was turning back into Adira, back into the weeping warrior.

"We don't know. His IVs were ripped out but there is no sign for sure that there was a struggle" the sherif tells them

"What did you go?" Henry asks angrily as he looks up towards his adoptive mother and glares at her which causes Regina to look at him in shock and well as everyone else

"You think that I had something to do with this?" Regina asks in disbelief as she bends down to look her sin in the eye

"It is curious that the mayor is here" Emma says as she crosses her arms and looks over at Regina

"I'm her because I'm his emergency contact" Regina says sharply

"You know him?" Mary Margaret asks in confusion though Kirra couldn't help but think that she also heard disappointment in the woman's tone

"I found him in the side of the road years ago with no Id" Regina states firmly "I bought him here"

"Mayor mills saved his life" Dr Whale states as he walks up to them

"Will he be alright?" Henry asks him in worry and Kirra places her arm around him comfortingly

"Okay? The man has been on feeding tubes for a year  and under constant supervision. He needs to get back here right away or honestly "okay" might be a pope dream" Dr whale tells them all

"Well then lets quit yapping and start looking" Emma states and then turns around to walk away

"That's what we are doing. Just stay out of this dear and since I clearly can't keep you away from my son I guess I'm just going to have to keep my son away from you" Regina says and then grabs Henry from Kirra's grasp and then begins to lead him out of the room but stops infront of Emma "enjoy my shirt because that's all your getting" and then she walked out

"Well that was fun, I'm really loving the constant generous support and kindness that Regina gives us all" Kirra mutters sarcastically "now let's find charming"
