The next day, Rogers was in the interrogation room with Drew.
"Can you please let me out of here? I don't belong here. The last guy that got locked up inside this place ended up dead," Drew said to him.
"Excellent, then I'm glad you're up to speed because that's exactly what I wanted to discuss. I took your suggestion and looked at Nick Branson's M.E. report and it doesn't make any sense. It says he was stabbed from the inside," Rogers said.
"I told you Samdi was powerful," Drew said.
"No, you see, I'm gonna need you to be more descriptive than that. How did he do this?" Rogers asked.
"He used magic," Drew said.
"Magic? So, that's your story," Rogers scoffed.
"Magic is real, detective," Drew said.
"Magic is a fairy tale," Rogers said.
"Yes, it is. It's not from this land, a land without magic, but there are shreds of it that have made their way over. The sooner you accept that, the more likely that you're gonna survive. Why do you think Nick was killing all those women anyway?" Drew said.
"He was targeting a cult," Rogers said.
"Not a cult, a coven. He was hunting down witches," Drew said.
"There's no such thing," Rogers said.
"And there's no way a man can be stabbed from the inside. Believe whatever you like, detective, but there is a war brewing and no one in this city is safe," Drew said.

Later, Brooke was sat in the station with Rogers who was looking over Gothel's file. She walked up to him, rested her hands on his desk and the back of his chair.
"Seen anything new?" She asked him.
"Drew's said a war's coming and no one's safe... Also, magic is real... Appartently," Rogers said.
"Well.. It depends how you look at world," Brooke said looking at Rogers, "I believe... There's a type of magic the comes from the imagination of a child, anadults imagination as well as wishes," Brooke said.
"You... You're different," Rogers said and Brooke blinked a few times, "I guess... You really did get scared with Nick."
"Aye, I did," Brooke nodded then looked at the file, "You've changed it to coven..."
"Yeah, she said they were a coven and so did Drew..." Rogers looked at the file and Tilly walked in suddenly, the two looked up at her, "Hey, what's wrong?" He asked her.
"This!" Tilly picked up Gothel's picture, "This woman is what's wrong. She came up to me and told me that she's my mother. It seems crazy, right? Who just does that?" Tilly asked and Brooke looked at Tilly shocked and anger in her eyes, because of Gothel, "I mean, she's not that much older than me. There's something about her. Right? It seems crazy, but there's something about her," Tilly said.
"You're not the only one looking into crazy right now. We're investigating an impossible crime and it shares one thing with your non-delusion-delusion... Eloise Gardener," Rogers said.
"So you believe me?" Tilly asked.
"Well, I've learned never to doubt you. Whatever's going on here, no matter how crazy, we'll figure it out together," Rogers said.
Brooke smiled, "Agreed, today, the impossible is possible," Brooke said.
Tilly smiled at them, "Thank you, thank you so much," She said and the three smiled at each other.
