Brooke walked into the hospital and walked to the room where Hook was being held, she knocked on the door.

"Knock, knock," Brooke smiled at him and his doctor, "How are you feeling?" Brooke walked to Hook as the doctor left.

"Aye, better, they're classing it as a heart attack," Hook looked at her, "Why'd they call you?"

"I'm still your contact, being your cursed wife," Brooke sat on the bed looking at him, "When can you leave?"

"Today, my doctor is just filling out release forms," Hook said.

"Okay," Brooke brought her phone out and texted Alice letting her know.

"Have you tried... Calling the other me?" Hook asked.

"He'd be right here and we'd be arguing if I did," Brooke sighed, "I can't find my way home until I've done my last task... Getting rid of the darkness."

"I thought the crocodile was the man who can control the darkness?" Hook said.

"Aye, he is, but he doesn't want that anymore. He wants to be with his wife and I think he deserves it," Brooke said.

"What's the price of destroying the darkness?" Hook sat up and Brooke looked at him, "Magic comes with a price, what is it?"

"I loose mine, one Dark One, no Sorceress," Brooke smiled a little, "Besides, like I told other you once when I lost them to save his life, I'd happily not have magic if it meant me and him could be happy with a future."

Hook smiled and nodded, "Alright, I'm in. What's the plan?" Hook asked.

"I don't know," Brooke sighed and laid back over his legs, "Emma always had the ideas and I just went along with them..."

Hook looked at her, "You'll figure it out, just go where the day takes you and you'll find the way," Hook said and smiled at her.

Brooke looked at him, "You think so?" She asked.

"I know so," Hook said.

The doctor walked in and Brooke sat up, "You're free to go," The doctor said and walked out.

"I'll wait outside for you," Brooke said and walked outside the room.

Brooke was walking home with Hook, "So, how are we doing this?" Hook asked.

"I'll sleep on the couch," Brooke shrugged, "I'm still paying half the rent."

"No, no, I'll sleep on the couch," Hook said.

"Won't you and Alice be too close to each other?" Brooke asked.

"Oh... Yeah," He looked down and his phone rang, he took it out and saw the caller ID then answered it, "Starfish?" He said.

Brooke looked at him and he leaned down a little, letting Brooke listen, "Sweetheart?" Brooke said.

"Yes, Papa, Brooke, it's me," Alice said over the phone.

"It's, uh, it's nice to hear your voice," Hook said.

Alice chuckled over the phone, "Try looking across the street," She said.

Hook and Brook turned around and saw Alice across the room, Alice waved at them.

"Now, I know I can't come any close. Not without putting you back in that awful hospital, but I did want to see you," Alice said.

"Yeah, I know, it's okay. How are you? How's Robin?" Hook asked.
