"Tim, what the actual fuck?" Jason spat over the phone. "There is no way he said that." Tim laughed.

"Yeah, he said that he wants to hear what happened from you. Nobody else, and he said he won't interrupt. I don't know what bean said, but it obviously got to him." Jason cursed over the phone.

"Either put me on speaker or hand her the phone." Tim hit the speaker button.

"Hi Jason." she greeted, shifting in Tim's lap, he held her still, while glaring.

"Don't do that Marinette." he warned, she shot him an apologetic glance.

"Marinette, what did you say to Bruce? Because only Alfred has ever gotten anything through to him." she laughed.

"Basically told him to fix how he parents and to listen more if he wants to keep a good relationship with you guys."

"T-Thank you."

"Don't mention it. I had this speech with Gabriel Agreste, too. Granted now both he and his son are gone, but that's because he didn't listen to me. He ended up killing both of them." she said in a very carefree tone. Tim gave her a look.

"They both died in the- shit. Gabriel Agreste? Paris Designer? Wow. Wait, HE was- oh, ok." she ran a hand through his hair.

"You ok birdbrain?" Jason snorted over the phone. "Wait, but Bruce really said that he'll meet us, at a bar, an actual bar?"

"Yes he did." the line was silent.

".....can I bring pixie with me for a bodyguard?" Marinette laughed.

"No, I don't do bars. Plus I gotta work tonight back at MDC. Chloe can NOT hear about what happened today, got it?" she looked pointedly at Tim. He held his hands up in surrender.

"I will tell her if the situation arises." she glared at him.

"She will actually sick a bunch of lawyers on him, if she doesn't kill him herself."

"Well, he deserves it." Jason made a little sound over the phone.

"Replacement, you are promoting violence? AND killing? Someone tell me the story." Marinette cut in.

"NO! Leave it Tim, you too Jason." Tim gave her a look.

"No way! Jason, this dude sexually harassed Mari, so he's fired. See? It's not that bad Marinette. Don't feel bad for him." Jason let out a cold, hollow laugh over the call.

"So Timmy, you wouldn't happen to know where he lives, because Hood said he wants to pay a visit, and-" Marinette glared at Tim.

"No. He was already fired and warned. That's enough." Tim shot Jason a text. "Tim, what did you just text him?"

"Hey Jay, I'm gonna have to go, ok? I'll talk to you later." A loud cackle poured out the speaker.

"Oh, this is good. Thanks Timmers!" Jason hung up. Tim pocketed the phone.

"Timothy..." she warned, he just smiled and hugged her a little tighter. She sighed and melted into it. "Thank you for today. But next time, I can handle myself."

"I don't care. You shouldn't have to. Especially with stuff like this. Hey Mari?" she hummed.

"Are we friends, with literal sleeping benefits, and feelings for eachother?" she laughed.

"Yeah, I guess. I think we are moving really fast though." he shrugged.

"I tend to do that with people, sorry." she stopped him.
