12. That was the age of (y/n) when her clan was killed in a massacre for their eyes. Hiding in the bushy trees, watching as each and every one of the clan was gathered in one bag group, and individually slaughtered. Blood all everywhere, by then you were the only one in your small little town, to what used to have people, to now blood splattered everywhere and eyes missing from the dead corpse, along missing traditional sapphire bracelets they had. Bodies, lying down everywhere. You just stood there. By now your eyes which were once (e/c) were now a Deep Blue. Everything in her perspective was all different shades of blue.
Y/n POV

I'm now 16, on my way to the hunters exams to get my revenge on the Phantom Troupe. I gripped the straps of my backpack tightly. When I arrive there, I was given a number tag that said #97. 'probably got here early'. Around 5 minutes later 3 more people came in. One in particular caught my eye. He looked really young to be in the hunter exams. Telling from the looks he was probably 12 or something. Time passes by, about 300 more people came into the place. As more time passes by I got more tired, so the obvious instinct was to sleep.
Time skip
I woke up to dozens of people surrounding the area. Although, one came up to me. He was pretty short. "Hey there! You must be exhausted, I'm Tonpa"
"um hi? And no, I'm not that tired" I looked down at him as he grabbed something from his little satchel and handed me a drink.
"Well then, you must be at least thirsty." I just shrugged and took it but once this, I noticed that 3 people were looking at me. One with blonde hair, another little kid with dark green spiky hair, and one tall now with glasses. I just brushed it off not thinking much about it.
Right as the liquid even touched my lips, I hesitated and looked at him.
"You know if you're trying to poison someone you should use something that doesn't have any smell." I just looked at him then looked back at the bottle. He looked at me in shock.
"hm. Laxatives. Classic."

Soon enough the three walked up to me right when Tonpa left.
"So what's with the stares?" I asked them still looking at the bottle Tonpa gave me to distract myself into not making contact.
"Hi! We Were just making sure you didn't drink that, I'm Gon!" the short one said
"Kurapika." the one with blonde hair said. I then took my eyes off the bottle and stared at his eyes. You could tell how he was wearing contacts, and that it was not his real eye color.
"Mr. Leorio". Kurapika then nudged his elbow at Leorio.
"I guess it's my turn to explain then. I'm (Y/n). But you can call me (N/n) if you want to. Any is fine"
Right after we introduced ourselves to each other, the examiner named Satotz stated that we would have to keep up with him for the first phase.
