Chapter five: you again!
Lost and Insecure
You found me, you found me
Lying on the floor
Surrounded, surrounded
Why'd you have to wait?
Where were you? Where were you?
Just a little late
You found me, you found me
(You found me- The Fray)
Jasmine's POV
When I told myself to stay away from the douche, Adrian, I knew that the memory of that night couldn't be removed even if there where sparkling vampires in the world.
Three weeks passed with the speed of light, more arguments sparked between my parents and not to forget awkward encounters with Adrian. Let's re-encounter the awkward moments again, shall we.

The place smelt like old books, well that was typical for libraries. I scanned the white polished shelfs looking for something that looked interesting, or in other words something I hadn't yet read. My eyes caught on the book 'the lord of the flies', I had been reading it in English class and was nearly finished. I pulled out the book and flung myself onto one of the blue bean bags.
I rested the book on my black ripped jeans and opened the now torn and raged book to chapter 10 and started reading. Though sometimes I had no clue of what the author was saying but the savageness that was present in this book quite interested me. Now you're probably thinking I was some violent teenager, I might or might not slap my friends when they said something annoying or when they pissed me off but nothing serious and they say that my slapping is quite contagious as many of my quirky friends have started the trend.
My hand started too turned clammy of sweat as I read the scene where Jack killed Piggy. The description was about 2 pages long and made me want to pour out my insides. When Piggy died, you could tell the civilised feel was about to disappear and they all were going to turn barbaric.
As I was about to start chapter 11 I felt a dark shadow cast over me. I looked up and it was no other than the hottie, Adrian. He green eyes started right down at me. He had his annoying grin spread across his face as he looked down at me.
Wait was this déjà vu the school bad boy at the library and if I wasn't wrong he was holding an Astronomy book in his hand.
"What are you doing?" I inquired as I sat up from the comfort of the bean bag.
"What does it look like I'm doing?" right now I felt like slapping him, him being a smart-ass lit a flare of anger inside my body.
"I mean why do have an astronomy book in your hand?"
"Why can't I have one?"
"You and your reputation wouldn't make someone think you were into such a subject."
"Well, I can't remember a time that I disliked Astronomy, in fact I want to be an astronomer."
"Wow amazing, good luck with that." I had no interest in talking to him anymore. I pushed passed him, brushing gently against his left shoulder. I didn't turn back as I walked away but I could feel a gaze burning through me.
Why did I even talk to him in the first place, his just a waste of space and time.

The warmth of the coffee heated up my hands and smothered my sore throat. When the door of the cafe opened a cold breeze entered sending a shiver through my body.
