It was kind of calming out here. The wind blew through my hair, something I rarely got to feel inside those cramped walls. But I had to focus on my current task. Follow the Female Titan. I knew what Annie was after. Annie was after Eren. " There's a lot of things I don't know, Y/N." Annie had told me during the 104th training corps. Y'know, Annie, I can barely understand anything either. It all seems like such a joke to me. Annie looked back at me and Armin. She turned around and kept on running. We were reaching the forest, where the Levi Squad was. Maybe I should switch to ODM, I could get there faster. The only way I could get there before Annie is to turn into my titan and shed my armor. " Armin, I'm going to switch to ODM." I looked in his direction. Armin smiled and nodded, " Be careful." He told me before I jumped off my horse and grappled to a nearby tree. I quickly hooked to Annie's lower neck and used a gas boost. I quickly flew past the titan.
ANNIE's PERSPECTIVE I watched Y/N as he flew past me. Did he even know how much danger he was in right now? I wasn't doing this for myself, I was doing it for Y/N. If I didn't get Eren for Reiner, he threatened to kill Y/N. Levi and his squad were up ahead. All I had to do was get there before Y/N. Y/N was out of sight, and I just hoped he wasn't there before me. Turning a corner, I could see Levi and his squad. Y/N was already on a horse, telling something to Levi. Bullshit! Was it about me? The short man and Y/N turned their heads toward me at the same time. I sped up, gaining on them. Y/N slowed down, getting behind Eren. I could care less about the others. Suddenly they switched to ODM. Levi was suddenly gone. What the fuck were they going to do? Two men and a small girl turned around and headed straight towards me. They quickly blinded me. I backed up, my nape facing toward the trunk of a large tree. They wiped out my arms as fast as my eyes. They were better than I expected. My right eye quickly regenerated, and I bit one of the men in half. I spit out the other half in my mouth. Y/N was shocked, and turned around with Eren, both of them heading in my direction now. The same look in Y/N's eyes.. bullshit. He was going to turn into a titan. I know he was about to. I wiped out the small girl, crushing her with my foot. The last man went for my nape, but I hardened. I kicked him, the man instantly dying. My other eye regenerated along with my arms. The quick flash of lighting. I could see Eren, sitting on a branch, eyes open, jaw dropped, staring at Y/N in titan form.
Y/N's PERSPECTIVE My Titans eyes flashed red, instead of my usual E/C eye color. An acid that would burn anything that touched it dripped out of its mouth. I slowly walked towards Annie's titan. I brought my fist up ready to punch, but then another two flashes of yellow lighting came. The armored titan pushed through the trees behind Annie, and Eren in his titan form stood at my side. I lifted my head. This was going to be a huge fight.
Eren charged toward Annie, his eyes full of hate. She tried to throw a kick, Eren grabbing her leg and slamming her onto the ground. All I needed to focus on was Reiner right now. I quickly shed my armor, Reiner slid for my legs. I stepped on his back, crushing his armor and severing his body into two. My titan stood over him, tearing at his nape. I plucked Reiner out of the titan. I wanted to kill him so bad. I wanted him to pay for everything he did. I squatted down, laying his limp body on the grass below. Things weren't even looking good for Eren. Annie had almost beaten him to a pulp. I walked over, my armor back already. Pushing Eren behind me, Annie threw a hook. I ducked and grabbed her leg. I ripped it off and threw it aside. I pinned her to the ground. Wait, what do I do now? I don't want to kill her... We just laid like that, our eyes locked the whole time. She opened her mouth, letting out a roar. It was for the Titans. I picked up Eren and shed my armor. I ran out of the forest. I looked back, Annie lay there, watching us. Goodbye, Petra, Eld, and Oruo. TIMESKIP We returned to the wall, and I was locked up in a jail cell. Hanji came around and chatted with me a bit, mostly just trying to get information about my titan and if it was okay to do a few experiments on me. Section Commander could stay up talking for hours. Seriously. Even though she talked for a long period of time, she kept me company. Annie had never come by, not even once. I wonder if she hated me. Whatever happened to Reiner? Annie had called all the Titans over to that area, and Reiner was there too. I sighed, thinking too much. It was insanely hot, and I could barely move with these cuffs and leg restraints. It was my last day here, and Hanji hadn't even come by. The only time Eren came by was to thank me for saving his ass. Multiple people came by, even Levi. He said exactly, " Y/N, you aren't getting kicked off my squad if you were wondering. We're looking forward to using your powers." I looked over, and I swear to god I saw him smile while walking off. The guard came in, opening the cell. They took off my restraints. " Thank you," I told them, stretching my arms and legs. I started to walk out but came face to face with Annie. "A-Annie, I, uhh.." I turned, my cheeks a bit red. " I need you to come with me." She grabbed my wrists tightly, which made me wince a little.
