Chiron had offered the benders and non - benders rooms in the big house, but they all declined and said, "We can camp outside! It'll be like old times!" So they had supplied them with tents and food and a spot on the beach for their tiny little camp.

On that particular day, Katara wanted to practice waterbending with Aang. So, of course, Aang had his shirt off and Katara had on her normal bathing suit.

Katara sent a jet of water to Aang, which he easily deflected. Aang tried to shoot icicles at her and she flicked them away. They circled each other, trying to scout out each other's weaknesses.

Without them noticing, they had a crowd of demigods watching them, ooohing and aaahing at how bending worked. Many children of Aphrodite were there, just to see the Aang and Katara themselves.

Everyone noticed the giant scar a Aang's back, but were unsure how he got it and thought it was rude if they asked.

Finally, after circling each other for so long, Katara took her water whip and tried to flick it at Aang. Aang ducked and sent icicles shooting toward her one round after the other. Katara made octopus arms around her and repeatedly caught the ice shards, one after one.

Katara was getting tired and you could visually see it. Aang, taking advantage of that, shot a blast of air at Katara, knocking her off her feet and getting her wet.

"Aang!" she exclaimed. Aang gave her an innocent smile.

"You cheated! Admit it!" Katara said, putting her hands on her hips.

"I may have shot a little air at you . . ." Aang trailed off, a goofy smile planted on his face.

Katara glared at him and playfully hit his arm.

Katara and Aang both turned around to see demigods all staring at them.

Aang's face started to heat up and Katara raised her eyebrows.

Zuko and Mai were walking around camp, insulting each cabin's design.

"What is up with that owl on the door frame anyway?" Zuko asked, his arm slung around Mai's shoulder.

"I know. Everything's so gray. Their eyes have enough of it." Mai glared at the cabin

"Hey!" A Athena kid said, her hand on her hips. "That's not nice nor does it benefit you in any way! So kick it off!"

"It's supplying me with happiness, so I don't see the problem here." Mai shrugged and walked away.

This was going to be a long ride.
