Hazel, Annabeth, Piper, Jason, Leo, Sokka, Suki, Zuko, and Mai, were discussing the next best order of business.

"We have to rescue Aang," Zuko insisted, looking at anyone who dared to disagree.

"I think we should do that after, we've managed to get Azula and Kronos down again, shouldn't take long, since we know how to. Plus, it'll be easier to make a rescue plan once both are defeated," Annabeth said.

Sokka shook his head. "You don't understand, Aang is a lot more powerful than you peg him to be."

"How so?" Piper asked, a frown forming on her face.

"He can bend any element, which is already powerful enough as it is, but, he can also energy bend and can go into the avatar state." Suki looked down, a grim look on her face. The minute Suki started talking Piper slumped at glared at her.

"What's energy bending, and what's the avatar state?" Hazel held a finger up to her chin, her head cocking to the side.

"Energy bending is when Aang can either take away or give people bending. The avatar state is when Aang's past lives use their knowledge to help Aang, which makes him ten times as powerful," Sokka recited as if he had memorized the definition of each. The demigods looked at him as if he were crazy.

"Past lives?" Annabeth asked, her brows furrowing by the second. "He almost sounds like a god."

"I mean," Mai began. "He sorta is. I know firsthand, being on the receiving side of his power."

"So is that why that angry water girl is super sad about Aang? Cause she knows he might-" Leo took a finger and slid it across his throat to represent die

Sokka looked a little uneasy. "That and . . ." he trailed off.

"They're dating," Mai offered, staring at her nails while leaning on Zuko.

"No way! A 12-year-old, dorky kid got a 14-year-old hot girl! Wow," Leo whistled in appreciation.

Piper hit Leo in the back of the head. "How come they never kissed or anything?"

"After Aang beat up my father, they started their relationship. That wasn't too long ago, so they're still a little nervous showing their relationship around people," Zuko informed.

The demigods looked at Zuko in surprise, as he had just said Aang had beat up his dad as if it was the most normal thing in the world.

Zuko looked at their staring and gave them a reassuring look. "I hated him, don't worry. He's the one who gave me the scar." Zuko pointed to the scar on his eye as if they hadn't seen it before.

"Dang," Leo said, his eyebrows raised. "You guys seem to have the same amount of darkness we have in your backstories too. Except for Piper, she grew up a rich princess."

"I was a thief," Piper corrected.

"Gotta keep that criminal rep, am I right?" Leo winked, shoving Piper with his elbow and grinning.

"That's beside the point," Annabeth sighed. "Right now, we have to come up with a plan. So, you guys were saying that Aang is potentially just as powerful as a minor god, and can aid Kronos's army majorly, so it's important that we rescue him first?"

"I don't think that's needed," Sokka squeaked, clutching onto Suki, who seemed to be staring behind the demigods.

Annabeth gave them a look and turned around, her eyes widening at the sight in front of her.

"What is that thing?" Hazel yelped, scooching backward.

Katara ran up to them, her hands in fists. "Is that who I think it is?"

"I think so," Sokka said, worry evident in his voice.

"Who is that?" Mai asked. Zuko shook his head.

"It's the North Pole all over again," Katara said, looking like she was about to cry. "Except he's coming to us, not the enemy."

"Who is that?" Annabeth asked, looking at the benders and non - benders, her eyes screaming that she wanted answers.

Katara started to tremble, "How could Azula do that to us?"

"Who is that?" Annabeth repeated.

"Aang," Zuko said, fear evident in his voice.
