Oh Robin.

Chapter 10

• Bella's POV •

Today was my first day back at my new job. I was looking forward to going back to doing what I love and enjoying work again. Rachel dropped by my apartment in the morning so we can go to work together. I was unwrapping my bandages and putting some new ones on as if it was my last day. The doctor told me that I finally get to take of them off permanently tomorrow.

"Alright I'm done, let's go" I said to rach as I wrapped around the bandage and hid it under my shirt. She was drinking coffee and scrolling through her Instagram feed.

"Oh my gosh he's amazing" she suddenly said and I gave her a confused look.
"Who are you talking about Rach?" I asked and took a seat on the dining table next to her. I saw a selfie of Juan Mata on her Instagram feed and I guess that's what she was talking about.
"Rach we don't need you fangirling before work. That never goes well" I said jokingly.
"You're funny Bella, it's true love" she said and I almost spit out the coffee that I was sipping. She took her keys and coat and we made our way to the car.

• At work •

It feels good to be back to doing what I love the most, Designing. Everyone was very welcoming when I came back and I found a bunch of fruit baskets by my office. Since winter is coming, we decided to work on things for this season

"What should we start with?" Rachel asked as she pulled the board closer where we write our ideas on.
"I think that we should start with the sweaters and coats" I suggested. I had great design palletes and color patterns.

"Alright" she said and started drawing out the sweater. I brought out some of the colors that would work for the winter and pattern that would look great on a sweater. We continued to work on the designs and make progress for our little line.

It was around 12:30 pm and we haven't stopped working ever since we got in the building. I felt my phone buzz in my back pocket and I pulled it out. I unlocked it to see a text from Robin.

Robin : Ready for lunch? ;)

Wait, is he in London today?

Me: You're in London today?!
Robin: I'm outside your work building actually
Me: really? I will come down xx

"Rachel we should take a lunch break!" I said a bit too excited about Robin being here.
"Yes, good idea!" She said and grabbed her coat and handbag without hesitation and I did the same.
"Robin is downstairs and he's taking to me to lunch" I told rachel.
"Oh my god really?! You should go now before he gets mobbed by arsenal fans" she said with a chuckle.
"Alright Rach! Who are you going to lunch with?"
"I'll go with Emilia. Have fun girl, now go already" she said smiling and I headed downstairs. I took the elevator and went to the lobby.

He spotted me and his face suddenly lit up. He embraced me with his big arms and warm smile.

"You didn't have to come here today!"
"I didn't have to but I wanted to. I didn't have training today so It's the perfect opportunity"
"That's so sweet of you" I said smiling. It really is. He drove four hours just to take me to lunch.
"Anything for you" he said and grabbed my hand. I looked into his eyes and our faces got closer. Our lips met and suddenly the cold from the outside was a thing of the past. I felt a million fireworks exploding in my stomach and a fast beating heart. We pulled away and smiled in each other's faces.

"So where do we eat now?"

~ OKAY OKAY OKAY, you can stop throwing crap at me now. I AM SO SORRY FOR NOT UPDATING THIS WEEK. You can blame my school for this. I had way too many tests to study for this week and a whole lot of homework to complete. THAT IS STILL NOT AN EXCUSE BUT I HOPE THIS CHAPTER MADE UP FOR IT.

Moving on, Tomorrow is MATCHDAY(it's matchday for many of you already). WE BETTER WIN THIS TIME BUT IM NOT GOING TO GET MY HOPES UP CAUSE IT MIGHT JINX IT. Also I would like to congratulate Cristiano ronaldo on winning the Ballon D'or(SIIIIIII) HE DESERVED IT *cries*.
