In Need to Protect | Ron Weasley

Y/n L/n is a proud Gryffindor, a descendant of Godric Gryffindor. She is a very pretty girl, with H/c hair and E/c eyes.

Descendant of Godric Gryffindor, meaning she is a very brave girl since first year. She is also very popular, as she is a descendant, and she is friends with Hermione Granger, Harry Potter and Ron Weasley.

But mostly closer to the ginger haired boy. She and him became great friends since first year, and she liked him. Even being a descendant of the Gryffindor himself, she isn't brave when it comes to showing her feelings. She is only brave in other things but not feelings. She is very protective over her best friends, mostly the redhead because he is always getting hurt every year.

This year, is their third year. They were walking near the entrance to the castle and they see Buckbeak getting executed. When suddenly, Ron's rat, Scabbers, but his hand and rushed away. Ron went to grab him, and ran away.

"Ron!" yelled Y/n, she rushed after him, followed by Ron and Hermione. When Ron stopped, Y/n's eyes widen, and saw the Whomping Willow moving behind him.

"Guys, do you know what tree this is?" asked Hermione, Y/n nodded.

"Of course," y/n sighed, she then yelled: "RON! MOVE!"

"Y/n! Behind you guys! It's the grim!" He yelled back, pointing behind them. The three while around, sees the black dog and it pounces away from them, and bit Ron's leg.

"RON!" yelled Harry, they all try to grab Ron's hand, but only y/n availed.

"No! Ron! Come on!" She yelled, Ron held her hand tightly and Hermione grabbed Y/n leg and so did Harry. "Don't let go, I swear!"

"I'm sorry!"

With that, he let's go, and the dog grabbed him and into the hole inside the Willow.

"NO!" yelled Y/n she runs down, and availed but the other two did not. "Uhh..."

She went inside the willow, not wanting to wait for the other two, and she followed the tail. She sees Ron breathing heavily, and his eyes widen when he saw y/n.

"Y/n!" said Ron, y/n ran to him and she looked at his leg instantly.

"Every goddamn year, you get hurt." Y/n shook her head, kneeling in front him, when she heard a growl. She whirled around and pointed her wand and the dog, when it slowly turned into a man.

"Sirius Black." slay Y/n, narrowing her eyes.

"Isn't it Y/n L/n? Heir of Gryffindor?" He asks, showing his dirty teeth as he smiled. "Very brave indeed."

She held her head higher and nodded. "I am, aren't I?"

Ron blinked and tugged her shirt, she looked at him and frowned. He shook his head, and
y/n glared at the prisoner, but didn't say anything until Hermione and Harry appeared.

Lupin turned into a werewolf and Harry was attacked by the Dementors, and y/n and Hermione brought Ron to the hospital wing. Y/n stood beside Ron the whole time, looking around nervously. When Dumbledore appeared and told them about time, which y/n understood. Hermione has a time turner and
y/n helped Harry and Hermione free Buckbeak and save Sirius from the Dementors kiss, though, during the time, y/n couldn't help but wonder if Ron was all right, but of course he was...

When she and the others got back, y/n smiled and saw Ron's very confused look.

"How did you—"

"Time turner..." whispered Hermione. "We saved Sirius and Buckbeak and—"

"And during the time, Y/n was very worried about you she almost fainted." smirked Harry, cutting off Hermione. Y/n slapped Harry's shoulder and glared at him.

"I did not!" Y/n sneered.

"Honestly, y/n," breathed Ron, letting out a chuckle. "You don't have to be that worried about me."

Y/n rolled her eyes.

"Let's go leave them alone, shall we?" Hermione coughed, and grabbed Harry and they walk away from the hospital wing.

"Anyway," Ron cleared his throat. "You don't have to be always worried  about me, y/n. I'm not that oblivious. Do you have a thing for me or something—?"

"Yes, in fact I do, so shut up." She blurted, then she flushed red, realising what she had just said. "I—Uhh...I mean—"

Ron looked stunned, he grabbed Y/n's wrist as she was about leave, "I like you too. I'm just shy that...a brave girl like you always want to protect me, that's all."

Y/n smiled and chuckled, "I'm always there to protect you."

He smiled and nodded, "I know, and I'm glad."
