Shouka Todoroki had fully exposed herself as a villain that day and never returned to UA, so her secret residence was at the Yagi household. In fact, only Izuku knew of it. His room was easily large enough to hold the both of them, and Izuku would simply create whatever food she desired whenever she needed it.
They would sleep together on a regular basis, despite Izuku's embarrassment. Everything they did was together. Whenever Izuku returned from UA, they would go out and either train, make plans, or simply act as normal citizens in the downtime that they had.
On the day that the meeting was supposed to be held, both Shouka and Izuku had their game faces on. They were more than aware that the League was led by a villain that could equal their strength. The address that Shigaraki provided led to a run down warehouse on the outer edges of Musutafu city. It was two stories tall with large glassless windowsills and dented garage doors that led inside.
The couple walked side by side in their normal forms, trying to be inconspicuous and not get any unwanted attention from any spectating civilians nearby. When they reached the garage doors, Izuku dug his fingers into the cold metal to get a handhold, and then tore in off of it's hinges in one movement. Inside the room, a dim light illuminated 4 individuals. Kurogiri, the misty man, Shigaraki, the handy man, a large humanlike creature with a bird beak standing behind the whole group, towering over them, and a man with a large gas mask wearing a suit and tie directly behind Shigaraki.
"I'm most glad that you made it here today, Mr. Yagi. I presume that the one behind you is the one responsible for Endeavor's defeat?" Kurogiri greeted.
"Yes. This is Shouka Todoroki. Should we introduce our powers as well?" Izuku proposed, while indicating that his power was not a quirk.
"That is a fine idea. I'll begin then. My quirk is Warp Gate, and it allows me to teleport myself and others wherever I please." Kurogiri informed.
"My quirk is called Decay. Anything that I touch with all five of my fingers will disintegrate." Shigaraki followed. His fingers twitched at the mention of his power. After Shigaraki finished speaking, the man behind him stepped in front and held his arms out in a welcoming fashion to demonstrate apparent hospitality.
"Hello to both you! My name is All For One, and it also the name of my quirk. My quirk gives me the ability to steal any quirk by touching someone and use it, give it back or away to someone else, or combine it with other quirks that I have. I am the leader of the league of villains." His gas mask slightly distorted his voice, however it was apparent that there was a middle to older aged man speaking to them. Although the surface intent of his speaking was somewhat welcoming, there were clear undertones of sinister intentions that could be picked out.
"So your the don then, huh? Interesting... I'm Izuku Yagi, and my "Quirk" is called Word-Soul Creation. Anything that I speak can become reality, however there are a few limits. I can only call for actions to be taken upon objects, or for things to form. If I wanted a gun, all I'd have to do would be to speak it. If I wanted to destroy the building we stand in now, I could ask for it to be burned down, or to be crushed by a force. When I destroyed U.A., I called for a meteor shower to destroy the entirety of the testing ground. As you can see, it's power has little to no barriers." Shouka stepped forth after her boyfriend finished and speaking.
"My name is Shouka Todoroki, as my boyfriend told you. My quirk gives me full control of the base elements, Earth, Air, Fire and Water, and I can combine them however I please. Both Izuku and I also have extremely enhanced physical capabilities as well as flight."
"Ahahah... this is quite wonderful. I think an alliance would work out just fine. We are planning an attack against All Might and U.A through the USJ, and the creature behind us, which we call the Nomu, is the centerpiece of the plan. It's current quirks are Hyper Regeneration and Shock Absorption, and it also has extremely powerful physical capabilities." All For One informed them. He motioned his hands towards the towering creature in the back. Izuku walked up to it and sized it up. Nothing impressed him, so he offered a little challenge.
"All For One, can you have it fight me at full power? I would like to test it out." This surprised the super villain, but he still complied with the request. He waved his hand in front of the nomu, and then pointed at Izuku.
The monster leaped forward with almost completely overwhelming speeds and began a full barrage of attacks that pounded Izuku into the wall. Any average person who received that attack would've died after the first punch, but Izuku took every punch like it was practically nothing. The dust of rubble did dirty him up, but there were no physical issues that were present on his body. The only difference was that Izuku had gone into his demon form, as he got up from the ground. The nomu moved back to his master, as All For One called him. He was shocked that the kid took everything and came out unscathed, and was equally shocked that he had a new, and very sinister form.
"So, Izuku. I'm assuming those wings are what gives you the ability to fly. Is that correct?" He asked the kid.
"You'd be correct. Both Shouka and I possess this form. As for your Nomu... If we join the mission, you won't be needing it at all."
"Does that mean that you'll join us?"
Izuku and Shouka looked at each other and nodded.
"Yes, All For One. We absolutely will."
