There were many different villains to walk the Earth, some more powerful than others, some weaker, but wrongdoers nonetheless. Of course, the level of damage and risk that ensued with the wrongdoing was connected to the power of the villain themselves. It was rather unfortunate that some of the strongest people held the most anger within them.
That was absolutely the case for Shouka Todoroki. She was the daughter Endeavor, the #2 hero at the time, and while many would think that her life was nothing but amazing, they were all sorely mistaken. Due to the misfortunes she had, her anger and hatred grew to astronomical levels. Her negative emotions only grew when she became a demon, but by then, she didn't care in the slightest.
In fact, it was delightful. Her raw power was unfathomable, and she knew it well. She knew well that the end of her father was near and dear. The world would watch as the mighty pillar of strength was slaughtered before everyone's eyes in what would become known as the Great Burning.
The day after battle training, Shouka and Izuku both attended class. Neither wanted to, but to keep a low profile, it was necessary. The day went by fast, but rather boringly. The class held some stupid vote for the office roles, and a bunch of reporters swarmed the school during lunch. They didn't pay heed, because after a bit of further inspection, they concluded that fellow villains were the cause for the little event.
As they left school together, their mission was to come to fruition at long last. Izuku and Shouka split off, with him heading home, and her heading to the city, more specifically, near the location of his father's agency.
Once she was out of sight, she went into her demon form and flew over the skyscrapers, searching for the tallest one. When she spotted her destination, she landed on the roof and sat down, shifting back to her human form. She began to slowly sing to herself as she set the entire building ablaze.
(So basically, the song that I had in mind for her to be singing is DARK. The backstory of it is on the level of what happened to Eri, but it was a true story. So, for anyone who wants to stomach it, I'll post the link here for you, but I'm not joking around when I say be fucking warned. This song may legit give you nightmares, especially if you research it. If your 12 or under, I don't recommend it. Also, don't read ahead if you don't like extral brutal stuff.)
Screams of pain and suffering could be heard echoing from below as they watched a wave of flames envelop the building, brutally torching everyone inside. Shouka bathed in the fire that was tormenting those below, waiting for her father to show up.
Hell was present on the surface of the Earth where this event took place.
Soon, the building began to collapse, and she sprouted her wings to stay above. The huge tower smashed into others causing a domino effect, and crushing all those beneath.
'This isn't enough... I need more to satisfy me! I need more so that HE will notice me!'
Shouka decided to be a little bit intuitive with her power, and spread the already devastating damage even more. She let out a torrent of flames straight into the air, and then used extreme hurricane level winds to spread the fire in all directions, setting ablaze the entire city.
'Oh this is glorious!' Izuku thought, while watching the scene live from TV.
Heroes began to appear, attempting to evacuate all remaining civilians as fast as possible, but it became difficult with flames quite literally raining down upon them. The Endeavor Agency burst into action, and the center piece flew up to face the monster who was responsible for the destruction. Endeavor flew up as fast as he could, condensing as much fire as he could to take out his foe, but as he got closer, he could make out who he was attempting to take down.
'It can't be...'
"SHOUKAAAAAAA!!!!!" He screamed, getting his daughter's attention. She looked down at him and gave a terrifying smile that gave chills to the Hellflame user.
"What is it Father? Do you like what I've become? Isn't it everything you ever wanted? I'm more powerful than All Might! It's a dream come true!" True fear was etched into the face of her father as she uttered those words. Endeavor began to question his actions as he tried to understand what made her this way. Shouka noticed his silent mouth, and began to pester him, attempting to create some sort of twisted dialogue.
"Is something the matter? Normally you're far more loose lipped! Is it because you're admiring my work? Well... it doesn't matter anyway! I told myself a long time ago that I was going to kill you, and now my time has come! So please, Endeavor! Fight me with everything you've got!"
Endeavor didn't verbally respond, but instead charged forward with a fist cocked back, and swung a punch which was effortlessly dodged. He turned around and fired a blast of flames in her direction. Shouka didn't dodge that attack, but instead took the full brunt force of the attack. When the smoke cleared, she emerged unscathed, but in her demon form.
Shouka didn't waste any time and dove at him faster than he could anticipate, and grabbed him by the throat. She kept moving with him in her hand, and smashed into one of the still standing, but burning buildings. Diving diagonally downward, she went through it like a blade through butter, and crashed into the ground, making a large crater.
Endeavor was immobilized, with many of his bones shattered into a million pieces. Survivors of the initial disaster watched as the demon like figure stood up from the crater and from Endeavor's body. Shouka walked out of the crater and toward the crowd of people.
They all scurried away from her, making a path, worried that they would get hurt. Shouka didn't care and roasted them all alive as she walked through. The sizzling of bones across the city let a rotten stench into the air which was the final catalyst in the naming of the decimation.
Helicopters flew overhead, trying to get a glimpse of the villain that had defeated the #2 hero. They zoomed in, and what they saw was bone chilling.
It was a just a single, beautiful girl, who was surrounded by flames that were flowing in every direction. She walked out of the city slowly, and it could be seen that she was singing to herself once more. They tried to get closer, but every chopper that did ended burning up and crashing due to the heat being to immense for the electronics to properly function.
There were many people who were horrified by the occurrence, but not just because of what happened, but because of who was behind it. The rest of the Todoroki's watched in horror, realizing their sister and daughter was the reason an entire city burned to ground. All Might, Nezu, and Aizawa all paled when they realized that it was their student.
But one... was nervous.
All for One knew that there was a serious threat pending to him. Villains didn't necessarily act friendly towards one another. He was certain that it was vital for the meeting to go well between the League and the two demons. There could be truly disastrous consequences for himself if it didn't.
Shouka learned of the satisfying feeling that was crushing her father, and left him alive for the purpose of torturing him in fights down the line. Both the #1 and #2 heroes were under wraps. Not many knew of this, but hope was already lost.
This day would be forever known as the Great Burning, the day that Endeavor was crushed, that thousands of civilians died horribly, and the day that another great villain became known to the world.
