"Calm down, Wat." Tine said exasperatedly, hands on his hips as he stared at his pacing boyfriend.

The rock star pouted at him and crossed his arms over his chest defiantly. "I can't. It's your parents. Your mom terrifies me."

Tine rolled his eyes and tugged Sarawat into a hug. "Breathe," he mumbled against Sarawat's cheek. He felt his boyfriend slump against him and let out a long breath. "See, that wasn't so hard."

"I'm still scared."

"You are seriously the cutest. Come on, Type won't be here for at least another forty minutes." Tine pulled Sarawat towards the couch and snuggled into his side. "My mom loves you. If anything, you should be scared of my dad---"

"Tine!" Sarawat complained.

Tine laughed. "I was just teasing you. They love you. You've met them, remember?"

"I know," Sarawat grumbled. "But I've never met them as your boyfriend. I'm allowed to be scared shitless."

"My mom has been shipping us since we shared an apartment back in college. I have a guess that she won't be against me actually dating you this time. Plus, I came out to my parents years ago so that won't be an issue."

"Sure?"

"I'm sure. Now cuddle me, you scaredy cat."

Sarawat sighed and pressed a kiss against Tine's forehead. "I love you."

"I love you too."

"I hate you, Tine."

"No, you don't," Tine replied with a grin.

"Your dad wants to kill me."

"No, he doesn't. You're just a big baby."

"He asked me if my chosen career path would be enough to provide for both of us long-term then proceeded to judge me with his judge-y eyebrows."

Sarawat looked so put out that Tine felt bad for him and rubbed the top of his head with a smile. "My dad submitted Man to the same question when Type brought him home. I think it's part of his coping mechanism, now that both his sons have brought home boyfriends."

"I can totally provide for both of us," Sarawat replied petulantly. 'I'm one of Thailand's best-selling artists' was left unsaid.

"Did you tell him that?"

Sarawat nodded, pouting.

"And what did he say?"

"He just grumbled at me."

Tine laughed and shook his head, handing off the tray of coffee to Sarawat. "Go on. I'll follow with the snacks."

Sarawat's fears were in the right place, all things considered. Tine's father was a force to be reckoned with, being partner of the one biggest law firms in Thailand. He never pushed his son to go into law; it had all been Tine's idea. But he idolized his dad so much that coming out to him after he graduated college was nothing short of terrifying.

It was time. Tine tried to give himself a small pep talk in his head before he opened his mouth and said the words that might cause his parents to hate him forever. Not that they actually would, seeing as Type came out to them last year, but Tine was scared all the same.

They were having coffee after their weekly Sunday dinner in the living room, where Tine was flanked by his mom and Type.

"I...have something to tell you, Mom, Dad."
