I sat in the bathtub romeo and juilet in my lap bottle of whiskey in my hand on the floor beside me, the quietest place in the house was the bathroom 'Come, bitter conduct, come, unsavoury guide! The dashing rocks thy sea-sick weary bark! Here's to my love!' I read romeos last words

I heard something smash downstairs then a loud "fuck you!" From anna, i hadnt slept because they wouldn't shut up all night, im surprized the police havent been called honestly

A knock on the door made me jump "time for church darlin" my father said

"Yes sir" i stood up stumbling a bit putting my hand on the wall to steady myself

I changed into the dress i had brought into the bathroom last night so it would look like i had a bath then  brushed my teeth quickly

i used the wall to steady myself walking down the stairs "morning kid" anna said sitting at the kitchen table

I nodded to her pulling my chair out putting my book on the table, "how'd you sleep?" She asked taking a sip from her mug

"Magnificently" i said forcing a smile at her

"Im glad" she forced a smile back

"Okay lets get going" my father did up the last button on his shirt as he came down the steps

I sat in the back of the car trying to focus on the words 'O happy dagger! This is thy sheath; there rust, and let me die. O, I am slain!'

"So darlin i was thinking" my father paused "how about we go to that book store you were talkin' about?"

I looked up and nodded "yes please"

"I dont understand how you can waste time on those books, you should be learning how to cook who else will feed your family" anna crossed her arms making a humph sound

"My husband" i said flipping the last page

My father laughed "she can enjoy reading and also help around the house anna, something you wouldnt understand"

God ive had enough of this, i rolled down my window and put my head on the door, i kindve wanted to scream more so then usual right now

I yawned sitting in the pew "hey sony!" Leonora sat beside me on the pew

I winced at her tone "morning"

"You feeling okay?" She asked

I nodded putting a hand on my forehead "yeah im all good tiny headache" i smiled watching arvin sit beside her

"Im gonna go see grandma, i can grab you a bottle of water if youd like"

I shook my head "its all good leonora thank you" i nodded, she walked away heading to where emma stood talking to a few people

"Are you sure your okay?" Arvin asked watching me wince as peoples talking got louder

I winced "You know what gods greatest joke is?" I asked crossing my legs on the pew

"Whats that?" He put his arm on the back of the pew turning to me

"Giving liquor calories, i have 9 shots of whiskey and 12 billion calories in me, my summer body is out the window" i said sarcastically and pointed at a window on the side of the church "that one right there"

"That specific one?" He asked and laughed

"Mhm" i put the side of my head on his arm "you have really pretty eyes, people need to romanticize brown eyes more" i smiled at him, my smile faded and i got up sprinting out of the church
