[The next day, Eugeo POV]

I woke up at around 8, immediately noticing Kirito wasn't in the bed. He'd probably gone to make breakfast for me. After the Security Chamber Conflict, we were let off work for a few days so then the whole system could be reviewed and revised by the government so then large scale cyber attacks like this wouldn't happen again. I thought about what happened during then again and saw all the faces I'd killed. I felt a small hint of guilt, because the Americans didn't really know what they were doing. I was only in my boxers and pants; Kirito had slept only in his boxers, then reminded myself of the sex we had yesterday. I pushed myself up, making a tired groan and staring at the glass eye, almost getting drawn to it before looking away almost in disgust. I put my shirt on, several images still in my head and left the room, leaving the door open.

I tentatively stepped down the stairs, thinking they were much steeper than they actually were, my toes curling on the comfy carpet placed on top of it. Reaching the bottom of the stairs, I heard a sizzle coming from the kitchen, and assumed Kirito was cooking pancakes for me like he always does. Opening the grey kitchen door, I saw Kirito in his deep blue apron with his name sewn on it, and the same pan he uses to cook every morning. Taking a closer look at it however, he wasn't making pancakes, instead he was frying salmon, which explained why the sizzling was much louder this time. Beside the pan was a rice cooker being used for the first time in 1 and a half months, with a mixture of brown and white rice slowly cooking. Steam shot out of the hole in the glass lid. Three bowls lay on the table already, one big and two small. The small ones contained some ramen, mixed with soup and onions and some other vegetables I couldn't make out, and the big one was empty, probably where the salmon was going to be placed on. Seeing this scene, I made an angelic smile at Kirito, who looked at me, blushed a little then grinned back. The whole room seemed brighter looking at this, which also got me thinking that we should repaint the room.

"Kirito... you shouldn't have." I grabbed a chair and sat down, keeping my eyes on him.
"Eugeo, we won a virtual war, confessed that we liked each other, then you gave me a blowjob and humped me. I should do something for you." Hearing this, I suddenly went pink and quickly looked down in embarrassment, believing his slightly mocking tone. "D-don't remind me!" He burst out laughing, which startled me. He almost dropped the pan, and that laugh sounded a bit evil.
"Don't be so embarrassed, Eugeo!" He laughed some more, slowly regaining composure. "You don't have to be so ashamed of what you did. I could tell you wanted my dick more than I wanted yours!"
"Kirito! Damnit..." Kirito just lost it at this point, and put his hands on his knees, cackling. Soon after, I realised he was making fun of me and I chuckled a bit with him.
"Still though, I did enjoy that. Bet it'll happen in the next few days."
"It'll happen in the next two minutes if you keep talking about it," Kirito responded.
He was so shy last night, now look at him raring to go again.
"Fine, I'll stop." He turned round to me suddenly, staring at me intently.
"I didn't mean that as a bad thing, Eugeo-"
"Ok," I interrupted. "You're cute and all but now isn't the time to have sex. We need to ring the gang to celebrate." As if on cue, my phone rang and I pulled it out of my pocket to see who texted. It was Alice, one of the ones that hadn't participated in the SCC.

"They're one step ahead of us, they've already planned a meet-up."
"Good. One less thing to worry about today, and it gives us spare time..."
"K-Kirito, are you actually turned on?" I looked down, and there was no bulge showing but it could be because of the apron. There was no answer, he just turned around and continued cooking. I made a smug face at him behind his back.

It's like you're a different person. Who even thinks about having sex this early in the day? Well, at least you know what to expect...
