Wayne passed out at as he was buried underground. His face is bleeding, bruises covered his body indicating that he was hurt pretty bad. Scents of burn in his clothes and body. His aura is barely able to protect him.
The ring on his finger started to react to his situation and by the time Wayne realized the situation, it summoned him again.
Wayne held his head as it felt like he woke up.
He remembered that he was fighting 15th.
Wayne's thoughts
"Where am I?"
"What is this place?"
He was summoned to a different scenery. The things he saw was a black waterfall and there's a guy sitting in the bottom of it. He quickly went to the guy's position, so that he could ask him where he is.
Wayne asked in a polite way
"Excuse me sir"
"Do you happen to know where I am?"
The Guy Responded
"So the ring summoned you again huh"
Wayne's thoughts
'Summoned me again?'
'As I remember correctly this isn't the black castle'
'And that guy isn't the guy who talked to me before '
Wayne asked
"What do you mean by that sir ?"
The guy laughed
"I meant was the ring summoned you here"
"The ring works in mysterious ways"
Wayne's thoughts
'He meant this ring right'
'I don't understand him'
Wayne asked
"Who are you sir ?"
"How did you know about the ring?"
The guy laughs again
"I know about the ring cause I was the last one who wore it before you"
Wayne was shocked
"You wore it?"
The guy answered
"Yes I did"
"I'm the 9th descendant"
"Noveno"
Wayne said
"Noveno?"
Wayne has a lot of question in his head
Noveno said
"I was there when you were summoned at the castle "
"9 descendants gathering at the black castle meant that another descendant will be born again"
"Whether it was a human a beast or a divine being, a 10th will be born"
"In your case you're the 10th"
"Decimo"
Wayne was shocked
Noveno asked
"So what brings you here Decimo?"
Wayne answered
"I don't really know why I'm here"
"I remember fighting someone then he blasts me out"
"Then I woke up here"
Noveno said
"As I said the ring reacts mysteriously"
"The ring will only act if the wielder is in dire need"
"You know why you're here"
"You just don't want to admit it"
Wayne thoughts
"What I really wanted?"
Wayne finally speaks
"I want to get stronger!"
"In order to protect everyone I care about"
Noveno laughs
"You passed my test"
Wayne's answered
"Test ? What test?"
Noveno stated
"If you happen to mention anything else other than your desires"
"I could've killed you right here"
Wayne was shocked
Noveno stated
"We were called many names in the past"
"A king"
"A slayer"
"A monarch"
"A monster"
"Divine"
"But you need to remember Decimo"
"That out of all that name we know what we are"
"It's doesn't matter what other people or what they claimed us to be, what matter is what we have in order to push us further"
Wayne woke from the summon but in his surprise Noveno is in front of him.
Noveno stated
"So that is your enemy?"
