The loud scream echoed in the whole house. Of course something was not fine. Siddhaat rushed to her room and descried Shehnaazika lying down on the floor, unconscious.
"Sidd, go to the hall ... There will be a newspaper on the table, with a number written on it.. It's the doctor's number.... HURRY UP, GO!!!", Mrs. Singh said in a hurry.
" Mrs. Singh, I think we should take her to the hospital ourselves. Who knows, how much time the doctor will take to come? ", Sidd said, stating a fact.
- " Ok then, let's go! "Siddhaat held her in his arms and lay her on the back seat of the car, with mamman Singh on the co-driver seat and Sidd driving the car.
They hastened to the nearest hospital. The hospital staff admitted her and doctor was soon called , who then checked her condition.
Sidd was getting very perturbed with the fact that how can she suddenly faint or whatever had happened. The day had been a bad one for them. And he considered himself at fault because of what scene he had created in the cafeteria and the chaos he had made because of which she might have got exhausted.
{Some time later:}
"Mamman, hamm hospital kaise aye? ", Naaz entreated Mrs. Singh.
-" Bache, vo tum washroom se aane ke baad behoosh ho gyi thi to hamm tumhe hospital le aye""Hamm?"
- "haan, vo pehle mai call krne lagi thi doctor ko, but siddhaat ne kaha ki hamme khud he tumhe hospital le jana chaheye"
"To, hamme yahan Siddhaat lekkar aya hai ? ", Naaz asked.
- " Haan""Ma, mujhe uss se kuch baat krni hai .... Bulao na usse...", Shehnaazika said.
- "Sheh, vo chala gya hai...Usko bhi to ghar jana hoga na"
Soon, Shehnaaz was discharged and she was fine now.
It was around 7 in the evening when they both came back home in a cab booked by Sidd. Both the mother and daughter freshened up.
"Ma, Siddhaat ko aapne ya doctor ne bataya ki mujhe kya hua? Ya phir vo pehle he chala gya? "
"Shehnaaz, vo... Haan.. Vo thoda stressed lag raha tha, janna chahta tha ki kya hua tumhe , but doctor ko examine krne mai time lag gya... To vo chala gya", mamman singh replied.
But, she wasn't satisfied with her answer and kept thinking about it because if someone is worried about you and is keen to know about your health , how can he, then, simply go without knowing about it?Naazika ate some medicines and was about to hit the hay when a message popped on her mobile screen. It was 'his' message.
'I think you are doin' good now.. You might have passed out because of the over exhausting day it was... Take care, good night and all the best for tomorrow', it read.
His text put her to a confusing state. Why was he answering himself?.. And then, just a simple 'all the best' message from his side, while he everyday encouraged her like a mentor?
All these questions were revolving in her head. But, she knew that it's very important for her to sleep tonight as the next day was the day of the fest! So, she picked her pillow and duvet and went straight to mamman Singh's room."Mamman ji, mai aaj aapke sath so jau? ", she said with a bunny smile.
-" Aaja mera mitthu ... Nind ni aa rahi meri princess ko?.. Koi baat nhi, mamman sula dege", naaz's mother responsed as if shehnaazika was a 5 year old.
She pecked shehnaaz on her cheek and started caressing her face to make her sleep.Though, a word of motivation given by a mother is way more than anything, but still the kind of motivation Sidd could give her for the fest was much required for her at that time.
"Usse koi zaroori kaam aa gaya hoga, esliye vo hospital se jaldi chala gya... Parr vo low-spirited message?.. Vo... Vo bass ess liye likha hoga kyuki... Maybe thaka hua hoga... Haan.. Yahi baat hogi . .. Kal dekhna jab hamm milege to vo mujhe kitna motivate krega... Uff ho!.. Kitna sochti hu mai.. So ja Naaz.. Kal perform krna hai! ", Shehnaazika thought and fell into a sound sleep 😇😴.
