"Are you shorter than me?!" Hinata asked aloud.
"Huh, what did you say?!" Nishinoya asked angrily with raised eyebrows and widened eyes.
Nagisa was a bit surprised by the volume of Nishinoya's voice.
"Oh Noya-san!" Tanaka along with the other second and third years were seen smiling from the doorway "ah Ryuuu!!" Nishinoya said while waving at Tanaka.
"This guy sure is loud..." thought Nagisa.
"Oi Kageyama, Satchan come here!" Sugawara called and Kageyama and Nishinoya did so and walked closer.
That's when Nishinoya's eyes fell on Nagisa and his jaw dropped and his eyes widened and he muttered "I heard the rumours... Didn't think it was true.... Lucille is a manager here?!?!" He suddenly asked extremely loudly and Nagisa winced slightly at the volume.
"Seriously, why so loud...?!" She thought to herself again.
"Yep..! I'm a manager!" Nagisa chirped happily.
"Well it's a pleasure to have you here Sato-san!" He said while grinning.
Nagisa was smiling at Nishinoya and then her eyes landed on Hinata who was looking at Nishinoya with an overwhelmingly shocked face.
"What's wrong Hinata?" She asked but he didn't seem to hear her, instead he continued to stare at Nishinoya and said "uhh... how tall are you?"
Nishinoya turned to Hinata and said proudly "159!!"
Nagisa was barely three centimetres taller than him,
So she didn't really care that a senior is shorter than her.
Hinata on the other hand...
He straight up started crying-
"why are you crying?"
"Th-this is the first time I've l-looked down on someone since I joined the club" he said wiping his tears with the back of the hand.
Nagisa sweatdropped thinking "is this really something to cry about...?" And Kageyama seemed to feel the same way since he rolled his eyes.
"You don't have to cry about it, you bastard!!" Nishinoya yelled.
He then turned to rest of the first years and yelled "so you all are first years, huh?!"
"Yes!" they all said.
He then turned to Kageyama and said "you—the guy with the scary look in his eyes— that was an amazing serve you just did!! What school are you from?!" Nishinoya asked excitedly.
"Kitagawa Daichii..."
"Seriously?! That's a powerhouse school!!" Nishinoya said again with his booming voice.
"Umm, what school were you from?" Kageyama asked curiously.
"Chidoriyama!!"
"Woah! That's a powerhouse school..!"
"Yeah! Your school flattened us at 2-1!!"
"Nishinoya-san... Why did you come to Karasuno?" Kageyama asked.
Nishinoya gave a small pause and looked at the ground dramatically and then looked back up with spakly eyes before saying "it's because... I like the girls uniform... A lot.."
"Wut...?"
That what Nagisa mumbled in English at that exact moment.
"And the girls are really cute!! But most importantly the uniform is black!!"
