He grabs my chin forcing my head up and forcing me to meet his silver eyes. "Are you okay?"
"Yeah... Will-will I be able to leave?" I ask the second first question sitting in the back of my mind slowly fearing the answer.
"I’ll think about it. " He says backing away from me.
"I'm supposed to arrive at my friends in two days! My Mother is going to be worried about me! You have to let me leave."
"No I don't."
"You can't just keep me here..."
"Yes I can."
"Why are you going to keep my captive? What am I to you?"
"A blood source... entertainment." He says bored. I fell silent. He thinks of me like a toy, a toy that brings you entertainment. He also said blood source... I raised my fingertip to my bandage to find it still there.
"What are you?" I ask quickly. He smirks chuckling lightly and said the word I feared. Vampire. "B-but that is impossible."
He grabbed my arm jerking me to the side and onto the bed pinning me by my arms with speed that made my head spin. His eyes were red and his lips were curled up in a snarl showing his fangs. I was too afraid I speak. He ran his fingers down my neck over the bandage. I cringed away. “Okay… okay they are real please don’t hurt me." I basically whispered. He chuckles looking back at me his eyes still red and fangs still out.
I started to squirm trying to break his gripped as he continued to gaze at me. He sighs but, lets me up. I sat up leaning against my headboard and pulled my knees to my chest curling up in a ball. He sat next to me and if I scooted anymore to the left I would fall off the bed. I got up off the bed. He doesn’t say anything about it.
"Come on let's just get you some food."
“I’m not really hungry.”
"I didn’t ask if you were hungry. Come on Tiffany." He said waiting by my door arms crossed. I quickly walked around the bed, to the night stand grabbing my glasses. I walked to his side out of fear making sure to keep my distance from him.
I followed him down the hall down the stair case and down another hall. He opened a door which led to a dining room. There were about five other people in the room already none I recognized. He sat down in a chair and I slowly walked over to sit in the chair next to him. He wraps his arms around my waist pulling me into his lap. I started to squirm trying to get out of his grip but he only held onto me tighter.
"Stop struggling I'm not going to hurt you....But don't embarrass me. Don't even talk unless I or blondie over there talks to you directly." He mumbles softly in my ear. I nodded slowly, scared. If the person who is holding me tight is a vampire, who and what are the people around me?
Some of the people around us did notice me and asked questions like who I was, where I'd come from, and etc. Alec answered them all and I sat there with my mouth shut, even when he was wrong. A small girl comes out in a blue flower sun dress setting a plate of eggs, sausage, and toast in front of me letting out a small giggle. Her eyes glow a bright purple and she lets out another giggle skipping out of the room. I swear before she leaped out that door something shimmered behind her.
"Eat." Alec whispers into my ear softly. I slowly picked up the fork eating some of the scrambled eggs. I ate slowly feeling self-conscious of the few around me watching me eat, including Alec. When the food was gone I set the fork in the middle of the empty plate. Not even long after the young girl came back taking my plate and I saw the shimmering again.
Alec stayed talking with a golden eyed girl and a guy who had a broad figure. He purposely wore a shirt tight enough so you could see the muscles underneath. The muscle guy's name was never mentioned but, the golden eyed girl went by Ashlen. After talking forever about stuff I didn't understand about, politics through vampires leaving me to scared to peep a word. Alec walked me out of the small dining room. I walked behind him and he stopped when a guy with dyed blonde hair with red tips walked up to us.
He had the same silver eyes as Alec except darker. Alec greets him as Stone. Stone leans down to my height looking right into my eyes, I backed up looking away feeling awkward. "Who is this?"
"Tiffany. She crashed her car yesterday and I found her."
"Darn... She's cute." He says standing back up. He looks back at Alec. "How does she taste?" He says chuckling fangs emerging from his gums.
Alec tightly grabs my arm and I flinch from the pain. He tugs me to his side. "You will never know." He says almost growling. Stone rose his hands in fake surrender.
"Just joking, taking things a bit seriously with this one I see..."
"Leave it alone Stone."
"Whatever."
Alec keeps his grip on my arm and pulls me back up the stairs to the room. He slams the door behind him. I jumped. He lets me go and turns around to face me. His body is tense, his eyes are red, and he looks pissed. I backed up to the point my back was against the warm window. His face falls and he relaxes a little. “I promised I wouldn’t hurt you…” He sighs. “Will you be okay by staying here today?” He asks looking around the room.
“Yeah,” I whisper. He nods walking over setting a black key on the dresser not going near me.
“The door can be locked inside and out. I already have a key but, don’t let anyone else in except blondie or that little girl who bought you food earlier.” I nodded again saying okay. He then left in a blink of an eye. I took a deep breath relived to finally be alone. I looked at the key. He might kill me if I tried to escape.
I wondered if my Mother or my friend finally figured out if I was missing yet, if they were worried about me. I got up checking my phone that I left in the bathroom, there was no signal. I walked out throwing the useless phone on the bed. Boredom getting the best of me, I skim through books along the shelf most I don’t recognize, some are even in different languages. One I did and I sat on my bed reading it till there was a knock on my door.
I booked-marked the book with a pen and went to the door looking through the peep hole. The little girl sat there holding a tray of food. I let her in, she just dropped the tray on my bed giggling a few times and leaving. I ate the food while continuing to read the book. The room started to get dark and the girl came to the room again dropping off supper and taking the old tray. I eventually finished the book once I finished eating. I quickly grew tired and got ready for bed. I fell asleep watching the stars.
(( Sorry the begining might be a bit slow but, it will get good ^-^
