Request: Chris's little sister has a bad anxiety/ panic attack. He tries to help her but nothing seems to work.

*tw - anxiety attack (just in case) *

Ever since you can remember, you've dealt with anxiety. Over the years, it's gotten worse and you hate it.

Your doctor has tried to give you medicine and treatment for it, but nothing seems to help.

So, now you're stuck in therapy. Once a week, you go sit in a highly uncomfortable chair for 45 minutes and talk to a complete stranger about your feelings.

You're lucky your insurance pays for the sessions, because they don't help. You'd hate to pay out of pocket for this crap they try to tell you.

Your big brother is the one of the only things that can help you with your anxiety. It's like he knows exactly what to do.

It usually happens around large crowds. And right now, you're at a Marvel premiere with your brother, Chris.

You can barely hear anything over the pounding heartbeat in your chest.

Your grip on Chris's arm gets tighter and he frowns, knowing what's happening.

He quickly dodges the people lining all around the two of you and gets you to a quiet corner where no one can see you.

"Close your eyes and take deep breaths for me, okay?" Chris says.

After a few minutes of trying the deep breaths, your heartbeat is still pounding.

Tears are falling from your eyes as Chris speaks to you.

"Okay, focus on me, then. Try to recognize every feature, (y/nn)."

Nothing seems to be working. All the normal things aren't helping at all.

Chris is on the verge of tears watching your hyperventilate.

All he can think to do is wrap is arms around you and hold you until it passes.

By the time it's over, the premiere of the movie is about to start.

"Sorry..." you say quietly.

"Hey, I got out of interviews..." Chris says, making you laugh. "I'm just glad you're okay."

I'm so sorry for taking 245 years to update. School is kicking my butt right now
