Learning about jungmin's case, jimin couldn't help himself but grieve.

Why must it be jungmin? Why not him? Fucking why?!!

"Min... Jimin!" the blonde snapped out hearing seokjin's voice calling his name as he look up.

Seokjin grow concern on the younger's action. A week has passed since that sudden call on a rainy day.

When jimin came to his house to get jungkook, no matter how curious jin is, he didn't have the courage to ask about it but this day for sure!

I'm gonna ask him.

Worried, seokjin asks. "Are you alright? You've been spacing quite alot lately. Is everything okay back at your home?"

"M-mhm... Nothing to worry about hyung. Just– I didn't sleep much last night." Jimin answers with a smile, however seokjin saw different.

Jimin is forcing himself to smile.

He is trying to act as if he is fine.

He also 'didn't sleep much' because he 'isn't even sleeping at all' from how dark the bags below his eyes are.

Just what happened to make him this broken? To make him lie to me?

"Jim–"

"Hyung, i got to go now. See you tomorrow!" and just like that, jimin was gone from his sight.

But what seokjin didn't expect is for tomorrow to become days, days to weeks and weeks to months.

Yes, jimin just suddenly vanished out of thin air for a whole 6 months without any news whatsoever.

6 months went by, just when seokjin and yoongi was so close to giving up looking for jimin is where a mysterious letter arrive giving them a single ray of hope.

The two didn't waste time and grab whatever needed and went in seokjin's car driving to the given address on the letter.

One thing which confuses them is the address, why a hospital? Did something happened to jimin? or is it the older twin jungmin?

After driving for 30 minutes, they finally arrive at their destination which is Serendipity Hospital.

They got out the car and immediately went straight to ask the front desk nurse, "Excuse me but do you have a patient here with the surname of Park?"

The nurse searches on the computer, "Yes, there are currently 3 patient with the surname of Park. May I know their names?"

"Is it Park Seojoon, Park Jungmin or Park Jimin?"

"T-the last two! What are their rooms?"

"These two are twins, Park Jimin requested for them to stay together in one room. It's in room 0013."

"Thank you!" They hurriedly went in the elevator going up, silence befallen upon them as the door closes.

"Jin... what do you think happened to them in those 6 months to end up here?" Yoongi asks but got no answer from jin.

He himself is asking the same question but no matter how much he thinks, only jimin could give the answers.

The elevator door opens as they look for the room. On the farthest corner, above the door is the number they're looking for, 0013.

Both their heart were hammering against their chest. Behind this door, there is jimin.

Opening the door, what met them is the sound of beeping machines and flickering lights making one think of  what's being in the middle of life and death sounds and looks like.

For jin though, these were the only source and the one who holds the very thin lifespans of a single human.

In the room, they saw a black haired person laying on the bed, eyes completely wrapped with white bandages, sleeping peacefully.

On the second bed, one with blonde hair, sitting up straight on the bed, facing the glass window, eyes also bandaged.

N-no... That's not possible... Is it...

"...J-jimin" It was a soft call but the one sitting on the bed clearly heard it as he turns his face to the voice.

"Seokjin hyung? Is that you? Where are you?" A very familiar soft honey voice cheerfully calls.

"Come closer." The blonde lifted his hand to jin's direction, wearing a genuine smile.

The two slowly went to jimin's side, being closer now, they where able to fully distinguish the blonde's full appearance.

Yoongi, "J-jiminie... Y-your eyes..."

Jimin, "I'm fine yoongi hyung." he felt two cold bony hands holding him, "you're so cold hyung. Is it snowing outside?" he said, worried.

"J-jimin, what happened? Can you please tell us the truth?"

Still wearing a very warm smile, jimin then spoke without any difficulty.

"Hyung... I have a heart cancer.
My time is almost up."
