"Jimin!" A voice called out from afar.

Jimin couldn't help but let out a pained smile. Even this moment, I can still hear him.

But who am i to answer when I'm not the one he needs?

He advances forward not minding the calls, feet getting soaked by the cold ocean waves.

"Jimin, stop! Fucking stop damn it!"

I love you, jungkook. I love you too much it hurts. I'm scared, terrified. Jungkook-

*hugs

"Then fucking say it to my face! Tell it to me personally! Scared? Terrified? You have no idea how I'm feeling right now! I almost killed myself worrying where you were... you...you-"

Before the person hugging him could continue, jimin was rotated clockwise in a blink. Instead of facing the sea, the view changed and what he saw-

he couldn't believe his eyes.

"J-jungkookie." jimin calls out, it's jungkook and he- he is crying.

"You... You- stop making decisions on your own! If you want to die then let me join you! W-what's with you and dying huh?! Do you hate me that much to leave me?!"

Jimin was again being engulfed in a hug, the warmest he ever had in his whole entire life.

Jungkook is hugging me right now, am i in a dream? because such affection is impossible, too unbelievable to be real.

Jimin then felt two warm hands holding his face softly caressing them, a gentle kiss on the forehead.

"I love you."

A kiss on the nose, "I love you."

Another on each side of the cheeks,
"I love you, i love you."

Inch by inch, jungkook's face grew closer. And as if the time stops, jimin closes his eyes, if this was a dream then he should at least treasure it,
for the last time.

After waiting, jungkook's lips finally landed on jimin's own soft ones as they get the taste of the forgotten love both their heart longed for so long.

Two hearts merging into one, two gears fitting perfectly as if they're made for eachother.

The two ends the kiss, jimin still didn't open his eyes, too scared for the dream to end so soon.

"Open your eyes, jimin." Jungkook whispers.

"N-no... You'll be gone once i open them because it's all just a dream. You aren't r-real."

Jimin felt kisses again all around his face, a kiss on his two closed eyes.

"I'm real jimin. Open them. I want to see your beautiful eyes. I miss them so much. This isn't a dream, because all this time, I have fallen in love on you."

"T-that's not true." Jimin said, feeling the tears falling down, "J-jungkook doesn't l-love me, he d-doesn't." he sobs fisting on jungkook's shirt.

As if cradling a baby, jungkook gently rubs circles on jimin's back giving small kisses. "Shh shh, now don't cry."

"I want you show you something so could you please open your eyes?"

Filled with fear and hesitation, jimin however couldn't stop his eyes from opening meeting jungkook's beautiful brown ones.

"Jimin, tell me, in my eyes, who do you see?"

Jimin asks back, confused.

"W-what does jungkook mean?"

"Say it." jungkook urges.

"M-me... I see my reflection in jungkook's eyes." jimin answers.

Jungkook smiles, feeling proud rubbing jimin's blonde hair.

"Correct. And right now, I'm gonna tell you a secret. The one reflected in my eyes is the one who holds my entire world. He is precious and the most beautiful gift destiny has bestowed upon me.

If he asks for the stars, i would gladly take the moon along offering it by his feet, if he wants to fly, then i would be his wings.

Jimin, you were made for me same as i was made for you.

Coincidence? Fate? nothing matters because I'm sure that for the rest of my life, you alone could fill my heart. You're the home I'd always return to. I love you jimin, i do."

Jimin couldn't believe his ears, jungkook... really loves me? everything is real?

The blonde slowly reaches his hand to jungkook's face as the other simply leans in, like a rabbit getting pet happily on it's head by the owner.

Jungkook takes jimin's wrist and snuggles on the soft small hand, "See, this isn't a dream. Everything is real."

"K-kookie... I-I'm sorry for l-leaving." Jimin cries hard, hugging jungkook close whose coat is now wet from jimin's tears.

"Shhh now, now i forgive you but don't do it again okay?"

jimin nods, "Mhm this robot won't d-do it again!"

From afar, seokjin watches quietly as the two cry their hearts out. They had finally did something right after all the bad choices from five years ago.

He looks up above the sky and sighs,

"In the end, we have successfully accomplished our promise from all mistakes, didn't we Park Jimin?"
