"This is crazy." I say as we walk hand in hand in Time Square.
"You look so beautiful right now." Madison says. I look over at her and she is staring at me.
"Be careful, don't want to run into anyone."
"I can't help it."
"Stop baby!" I feel my cheeks heat up, even in the cold winter night.
We stop and look up at all the LED's illuminating the square. I turn to Madison and grab her waist, pulling her into me. I pull down both of our masks.
"I wish this moment could last forever." I mumble.
Madison crashes her lips onto mine. I instantly kiss back and smile against her lips. She pulls away and smiles at me. We make eye contact and my stomach erupts in butterflies.
"Feel my heart." She says. I put my hand on her chest and feel her heart beat going crazy. "All because of you." She tells me.
I smile and make eye contact again, just then, a snowflake falls between us causing us to giggle.
"You're so beautiful." I tuck a strand of hair behind her ear and let my hand run down her cheek.
The snow starts to pick up. We both smile and just stare at each other, the snow just adding to the magical feeling.
"Come on kids, our reservation is in five!" Tracie tells us.
I give Madison one last peck before putting my mask back up. I grab her hand and we follow our parents through the city as the to the restaurant as the snow continues to fall.
AN: Short little chapter, just wanted a kinda cheesy, butterfly inducing chapter.
