Standing outside the door to the building my loft is in, Agmos lights up a cigarette and takes a long drag. I run my fingers through my hair, and hit my vape deeply. Releasing a heavy sigh, I pull out my key from my purse.
"I appreciate the ride, Agmos." My eyes wander across his face, taking in the unique features.

*PING*

I unlock my phone to find a text from Kaylee, "Hey, this is Chrissy. I made sure Kaylee got home safe. She told me she let you know first, but based on your threatening voicemail, I see that was not the case. She is in bed with water and aspirin on the night table. I am heading home."

"Kaylee alive?" Agmos chuckles.

I release another sigh, and look back at him. "Yeah. Apparently the red head's name is Chrissy." I hit my vape again. "She made sure Kaylee got home safe."

"Mmmm" he nods and puts out his cigarette. "And I have ensured you made it home safe. So I say it was a successful night."

"Yeah. Just glad she didn't leave with some lunatic..." I pause for a moment. "Well, I'm exhausted and Sergio is waiting for me upstairs. I meant it when I said come see me at the shop. I have plenty of openings this coming week. We are only open for appointments on Sundays, but Monday through Saturday we are open for walk-ins."

Agmos puts his hands in his pockets, and nods. "I may pop by to check it out." He shrugs.

Awkwardly I decide to wrap things up. "Okay then. Good night. Thanks again." I jam the key into the lock, and push open the door. "Get home safe, Agmos." I call around the door as I close it before he can respond.

Upstairs, I find Sergio asleep on my pillow, right where I left him. I drop my purse and flop onto the bed. "Hey handsome boy." I reach over and scratch his back as he stretches out with a big yawn. He meows in response and hops off the bed. "Love you too, Serg."

Sitting up, I reach down and unbuckle my heels, kicking my feet free of them. I crack my toes and stand up, stretching my arms up above my head. It has been a hell of a night, and I'm beyond ready to shower and crawl into my bed.

I make my way to the bathroom and turn the shower on, to let it warm it. I step out, and unzip my dress, allowing it to fall to the floor. I hook my foot into the fabric and toss it in the general direction of my laundry basket. Stripping off the Spiderman panties I was rocking, I find myself wondering what Agmos would think of them.... I shake my head and toss the undies towards the basket. Why the hell would I care if a random stranger would like my Spiderman panties?

Stepping into the shower, I release a heavy sigh. I'm glad Kaylee had a good night, but hot damn, she's such a dipshit when it comes to letting me know she's ditching me to go have drunk sex with smoking hot red heads. I soak in the water's heat for a few minutes, thinking about the unique style of tattoos on Agmos' face. I wonder how long it took for him to have all of that ink etched into his skin. How many sittings it took from start to finish.
Shutting off the water, I step out of the bathroom and wrap my towel around myself. I grab a second towel off the little towel rack I have set up just outside the bathroom door, and twist my hair up into it.

Pulling open my dresser, I pull out a pair of plain black sweatpants, and a white T-shirt. Tossing them onto my bed, I grab the hairdryer off my vanity and blow out my hair. I give it a thorough brushing, and pull the shirt and pants on. Running my fingers through my hair, I pull back the thick comforter, and crawl into bed. A sleepy sigh of content escapes my lips, and I allow myself to be consumed by sleep.

THURSDAY MORNING

A knock on the door frame to my booth pulls me out of my groove. I set down my tablet, and swivel my chair around to find Kaylee in the doorway. She's holding her own tablet in her hands, and her gaze is on my computer screen.
"That is gorgeous!" she approaches and examines the art on my screen. "Looks like a chest piece?"
