Parkers Point Of View

Stephen excused himself to take a call then came back in to get Beth. I look around and see everyone laughing and talking but I stop when I spot Hunter whose edging to the door Beth and Stephen went out of. I walk over to Hunter and look out the window to see what he's looking at but I see Stephen holding Beth, Beth's taking super deep breaths looking around frantically. Hunter looks over and says the one thing I've been waiting three months for.

"They found her." Hunter smiles ear to ear while pulling me into a hug. Once Hunter finally lets go Beth stares at the phone and looks up through the window. I take the door handle in my hand opening the door. Hunter and I walk outside.

"Hunter get Jackson please." Is the first thing Beth says, Hunter walks back through the door and yells for Jackson.

"Parker she called, she seemed okay, I'll wait for Hunter and Jackson to repeat the conversation." Beth says and I pull her into me wrapping my arms around her, she never gave up neither of them did. Hunter and Jackson come out and Beth tells us to sit.

"Don't interrupt me any of you. Stephen you know what you have to do so please go do that." Stephen walks insides but I lose him once he goes around the corner, so I look back to Beth and wait.

"Emily called." I open my mouth to say something but Beth glares at me.

"I said don't interrupt me. She seems okay, I got the address we will leave in ten minutes I have to grab a few things before we go. Hunter she did everything we walked her through." I raise my hand like I'm sitting in a classroom Beth nods to me letting me know I can speak.

"What to you mean she did everything you walked her through?" I look back and forth between her and Hunter. Hunter stand walking over to where Beth is standing.

"A couple months before graduation Beth and Stephen sat her down telling her about everything it was the weekend we went to stay with them, you remember Jackson? We came up with words and phrases that would mean other things and we did it again the night you threw the graduation party for just in case something like this happened. Emily and I worked on this daily along with self defense. Beth will you finish so we can explain what we taught her?" Hunter says looking between Jackson and I.

"If she told Stephen to drop what he was doing three times it means to kill the device from the inside out because that's what whoever took her is after. I got the address of where she is I asked if she needed food or water for when I got there she'd have it but it has a double meaning. She said no food so when she says that she's telling me not no to heavy back up, but not saying no water means bring back up to stay a little behind. Then she will ask for clothes and this was the tricky part for us to figure out which is which." Beth says and looks over to Hunter waiting for him to explain the phase for clothes.

"Beth did she ask for everything?" Hunter ask Beth and she nods saying she said maybe socks looking back to Jackson and I.

"If she ask for certain things its asking for things in general, she's asking Beth to bring Parker, Jackson, and myself with her."

"What if she says something else or doesn't say all specific things how do you know what it means or if she needs something else?" I ask and look between him, Beth, and Jackson.

"If she only asks for a shirt she's only asking Beth to bring me. I am shirt, Parker your pants, Jackson your shoes, but if she ask for socks also she's saying she's not the only who needs help. Meaning that she found someone whereever she is that also needs help." Hunter explains.

"So she's okay?" I ask look at Beth who takes a deep breath.

"If she says I need you to come get me that's her saying that they have hurt her and she pretty banged up." Beth says looking at me directly I get up from my chair and pick it up throwing it across the yard and it lands in the pool.

"I'll fucking kill him, whoever this Keaton guy is. If he laid a hand on her I swear it-" Hunter comes over placing his hand on my shoulder. I will ruin that man for laying a hand on Emmy. I don't care how big and bad he is I will end him.

"Parker its a good thing if she say I need you to come get me because if she was to say don't come for me that means that she's too far gone. So lets just be happy that she-" Hunter gets cut off by the back door opening and everyone turns around to see Mila running through with Stephen behind her.

"I tried to stop her but she got away and took off." Stephen says sounding like he's out of breath.

"Jackson? What's going on?" Mila says walking over to sit on his lap, Jackson looks at everyone before telling her what we know. Beth and Stephen walk into the house and tell Jules what they need that we need to be leaving and Beth comes back to outside telling Jackson to get a team ready.

I'm going to get my girl well not mine yet but she will be after tonight. I have to finally tell her how I feel. I run thru the back door running to the front door to get into my car, I'm driving I'm going to get my Emmy. A couple SUV's come out of the big shop on the side of the mansion and I see that they are all decked out. Pullet proof glass, heavy metal doors, everything you could think of, these SUV's have it. Beth climbs into the drives seat of the SUV that was in the front of the line waiting for everyone else.

I walk to my car popping the trunk and grab my handgun putting it in the back of my pants in its holster before grabbing another lifting my pant leg and strap it on the inner side of my legs. When I walk over to get in, Stephen is at her door telling her to bring her and his niece back safely and that he loves her and kisses her before he shuts her door and walks inside.

Jackson, Hunter, and all of Jackson men walk outside and we hit the road. GPS says forty-five minutes until arrival. I try and focus on what I'm going to say to Emily when I finally get her back I have thought about it for months and now that its finally happening I have no idea what I'll say.
