Chapter 5

While we are hanging out all together, Joshua comes in to see what all the commotion is. No, he is one of my favorite members. I love him so much.
"Joshua, hi!" I exclaimed.
"Oh, hey. Who is this, Vernon?" Joshua asked.
"Oh, sorry. I completely forgot to introduce myself. I'm Raeshel, you may know him already, but that's Yangyang. My boyfriend." I said.
"Oh, nice to meet you. It's good seeing you again, Yangyang." Joshua said.
"Yo, bro." Yangyang said, greeting Joshua with a bro hug.
"It's been too long." Joshua said.
"I know." Yangyang said.
This is my favorite thing. When idols are friends with each other. Even better, when they're like best friends.

We continue hanging out, then when it's time for Seventeen to start rehearsing, we have to leave them to it. Yangyang and I head back to my apartment. I sit down on my couch and Yangyang sits down next to me. He wraps an arm around me, pulling me closer to him.
"Du bist zur schön." Yangyang whispers into my ear(You are so pretty). His voice sends chills down my spine. I will never get used to him complimenting me.
"Danke schön, Babe." I said(Thanks so much, baby)
"Ich liebe zum Mond und zurück." Yangyang said(I love you to the moon and back)
"Du siehst kalt aus. Wilst du mich als Decke verwenden?" I asked(You look cold. Would you like to use me as a blanket?)
"Ja." Yangyang said(Yes)
I get into Yangyang's lap and start kissing him. Our hearts are beating as one. It is one of the most passionate moments we share with each other.

Yangyang spends the night with me. We cuddle most of the night while reciting cheesy German pick lines like we were just now. Just having Yangyang in my space makes me so happy. I wish for him to never leave my side. He makes me one of the happiest girls in this entire world. I hope we can stay together forever. I fall asleep and dream about Yangyang taking me Germany. We would go all over the country, just enjoying a good old fashioned road trip. We would talk about our favorite memories together. Ah, I wish this dream was real life. With Yangyang, I never know because his schedule with WayV and NCT is unpredictable. One minute they're planning a comeback, the next, they have rehearsals literally all day. It's never easy for him. I wish I could give him the opportunity for a much-needed vacation. I wish his schedule wasn't so strict.

That next morning, I found myself alone. Yangyang had left a cute little note for me to read when I woke up.
Hey♡ I left to go back to the WayV dorms if you wondered where I went. I have a special surprise planned for our 1st anniversary coming up, so look forward to it ;) ~ Yangyang / 扬扬
His signature is hard to read, but I can tell it was him. Well, I guess there's a special anniversary surprise coming up for us. I wonder what Yangyang is going to do. It makes me wonder what that lil rascal has up his sleeve.

Later that day, Yangyang came knocking on my door. I answered and let him into my apartment.
"What is this surprise you're planning?" I asked.
"Well, I got permission from my company and. . . Tada!" Yangyang said, showing plane tickets.
"What's this?" I asked. Then, I read the ticket. SEOUL, KR -> DÜSSELDORF, DEU.
"I'm taking you to Germany!" Yangyang said.
"Oh my God, like you have no idea how long I've waited to go to Germany. My dad was born there, but he never got the chance to go. I feel like I could connect with my German roots by going there." I said.
"I see, more like a spiritual journey for you. Either way, I'm so glad you're excited to be going. I can't wait to show you around." Yangyang said.
"I can't wait either. Could we visit Frankfurt too?" I asked.
"Of course, anywhere you want to go, I'd be down to take you." Yangyang said.
"Wait, but what's WayV gonna do without their main rapper?" I asked.
"They said it's okay if it's for you. They'll survive." Yangyang said.
"Okay, when do we leave?" I asked.
"I planned it perfectly for our anniversary, so next week." Yangyang said.
"I'll make sure to start packing right away. Oh, I need to get vacation from work." I said.
"Already did it for you. I called the school for you." Yangyang said.
"Aww, you're the best. Thank you!" I exclaimed, hugging Yangyang right.
"Get ready for the trip of your life." Yangyang said.
"I'm so ready for this." I said.

I start planning what outfits I'll be bringing to Germany. I plan out what things I'll bring with me. I asked if Yangyang's parents still live in Düsseldorf, and he said yes. Okay, so we'll probably be staying in his parents' house. Unless Yangyang would rather stay in a hotel and make it a vacation without having to worry about his parents making room for us in their house. I don't know exactly, Yangyang hasn't really explained our trip yet. I think he's keeping it a secret to make it a surprise when we get there.

I finish packing up, earlier than I should have. Now, all I have to do now is anticipate my trip to Germany with Yangyang. I can't wait to meet his parents. I have only really met them over the phone, but they seem lovely. Yangyang hasn't met my parents either because I have lived in South Korea this whole time since I met Yangyang. The next trip I would like to go on is the one where we visit my parents so Yangyang can go meet them. That would be really fun to go do that. Yangyang could also meet my brother if he's down to.

The rest of the afternoon, Yangyang and I hang out. I kept asking him what we're gonna do in Germany, but he wouldn't tell me. I guess he really does want to keep his plans a secret.
