CONTEXT:
↳ Our mischievous little YangYang sets up a plan to scare you to see your reaction. You have a huge fear of spiders so he decides to test you. You finally arrived home to the apartment you live in with YangYang and you came home to a surprise.STORY:
I gently swung open the door and slipped off my shoes. I closed the door behind me. I looked around to see webs. There were spider webs hanging all over the corners of the white walls. I jumped away from the webs and went racing down the hallway. Running away didn't help. I stepped into the living room to see even more webs and tiny black spots that resembles small tiny spiders. I immediately started itching myself and rubbing my arms. Goosebumps covered my body. I could almost feel the tiny little spiders crawling down my back."YangYang! You home?" I called out. My voice echoed through the empty halls, no answer. I peeked into the bathroom, screaming soon after. My scream filled the apartment. On my face was a light cotton like material. I grabbed the web and pulled it off of my face, strands still dangling from my hair. I looked up at this one long piece hanging from my bangs and I screamed at the top of my lungs until I had nearly lost my voice. Hanging from the web was a dark plastic spider. I started scrambling my arms around, hoping to hit the spider off.
"Are you okay? I'm over here!" Yangyang shouted from the bedroom. I rushed over to the room, hoping to be wrapped in his warmth. I spotted YangYang sitting on the bed, smiling. He patted the spot next to him, "Come sit!" I nodded and took a step closer before shrieking once again. A giant dark, furry spider came jumping out at me from under the bed. I fell over onto the ground and started tearing up. Tears rushed down my cheeks and dripped onto my jeans. The water left dark blue marks on the fabric. I tried to catch my breath, taking deep breaths every few seconds. My brain was still trying to comprehend the shock that absorbed my mind. My head was overflowing with fear.
YangYang slowly slid the robotic spider under the bed, away from my sight. He sat down next to me and placed his arms around me, pulling me into a hug. Tears continued to drip off the edge of my face. YangYang was softly gazing at me as he kissed my forehead. He whispered, "I'm sorry, it'll be alright." I tried to stop crying but the waterworks continued. He rubbed my back, his chin resting on my shoulder. I eventually caught my breath and the tears stopped. YangYang handed me a box of of tissues and I wiped my eyes and cheeks with them. "Are you okay now? I feel bad.." He pulled me into an even tighter hug, my head rested on his chest.
"Yeah, I'm fine now," I sniffed. "Don't feel bad, I know you like pranking people." I smiled and ruffled his fluffy brown hair.
"Your eyes are red, I didn't want you to cry," he pouted. Our eyes met and I pinched his cheeks.
"You know you're adorable right?" A soft smile formed on my face.
"I know, I already know I'm cute," he laughed. His bright, shiny teeth showed as he smiled beamingly.
