Chapter 23

Yachi's POV
I woke up the next morning and felt warm. I didn't know where it was coming from until I looked to my right and saw Hinata. B-but he was hugging me. "Ahh" I scream as I fell to the floor. He immediately jolted up and looked around. "Huh..what's going on what happens."

He then looked at me and asked, "Yachi what are you on the floor." "It's nothing Hinata I was just startled to see you right next to me. I guess I forgot that you were there." "Oh...well it's fine as long as nothing bad happens." he looked at the clock and it read 10:00.

"Man we really slept in late. Let's go see what Mom and Natsu are up to." I nod my head and we both go downstairs. When we went down we saw no one so we decided to check the kitchen. Still there was no one but there was a note that read.

Dear Yachi and Shōyō,

We saw how peaceful you two were sleeping so we decided not to wake you up. Instead we went to the mall to go shopping. And since where already leaving the house we decided to visit grandma since it's close to the mall. We'll be back by tomorrow so don't wait for us.

"Well I guess we have the house to ourselves for the day." I say outloud. Hinata made a hmm noise and said, "How 'bout the two of us go to the movie."

"Huh...just the two of us." "Yeah it can be our first official date." be says excited. I giggle and agree with him. "Great I know a show that's gonna start in an a few hours. But it's a three our long film; is that okay?" "Yeah it's fine"

"Okay then it's settled " he says and I go into our room to watch anime to pass the time.

Time skip: Several hours later

We reached the movie theaters and were standing in line for our tickets. "Hey Hinata... what movie are we even watching anyways." I ask. "It's a secret" he says, and I don't ask any further knowing full well he's not going to tell me. Well I mean I'll find out soon enough anyways so it doesn't matter.

We got our tickets and snacks and then proceeded to go into the room playing our movie. Once we got in we picked a seat in the middle since they were the best ones. Not too close but also not too far.

Soon the whole room was filled with people and then the show began. On the big screen it said, "The Terrors of Abigail." Wait I think I've heard of this movie before. Oh right...it's that new movie everyone's been excited about. Well I just hope it's not a horror movie.

But man was I wrong; tens minutes into it and I was already shaking. God out of all the genres why did it have to be horror. But Hinata looks like he's enjoying it so much. I guess I'll just have to endure it.

Time skip: After the movie.

Finally the movie was over, and everyone was starting to leave the theater. "Hey Yachi you enjoy the movie." asks Hinata. "Yea" I say while a sweat drop rolling down my face. I wanted to yell out that I hated it so badly but I could.

When we got out of the building it was already night time. Great I thought well at least I Hinata's and me are walking together. We started walking and a I heard a weird noise. I immediately clinged onto Hinata and screamed.

"Ahh what is that." "Yachi it's just a bird; are you okay, so you have a fever or something." he asks while putting a hand on my forehead. I shake my head and say, "It's nothing." But cause of my rotten luck another noise just had to scare me making me tighten my grip on him.

"Okay something definitely wrong." he states looking at me. I sigh "Alright" I say. "I guess the movie kinda freaked me out a bit." "But you said you enjoyed it." "I only said that cause I didn't want to make you sad."

He started laughing and said, "Yachi something like that wouldn't bring me down, next time just tell me to truth okay." "Okay" I say and the rest of the walk became less stressful for me. Hinata let me still hold his arm which was a relief.

Once we made it back home I quickly went inside to take a bath. After I did I went into the living room to see snacks on the table and a blanket on the couch. Wait where Hinata I thought. I looked around and saw him in the kitchen.

I walk up to him and ask,"Hey what's this all about." "Well since you didn't really enjoy the movie I wanted to make it up to you. I got all these kind of snacks prepared so we can watch another movie. Hmm...just think of it as our new and improved 1st date."

I giggle and hug him. "Thanks Hinata." "No problem Yachi, and this time I picked out a Romance film. I think it was called...um....oh yeah Ao Haru Ride or something like that." "Wait but I thought that was an anime." I ask generally confused.

"It is" he responded "But they made a live action movie out of it." (This is a true fact so if you like romance anime's I suggest you watch it.)

"Okay let's go watch it then." I say while dragging him to the couch. "Hey slow down Yachi." We both sat down and enjoyed the movie. Just the two of us cuddling was nice. I mean sure it wasn't the perfect first date but it was good enough for me.

After we finished the movie and cleaned everything thing up we went to bed.
