Chapter 4

Yachi's POV
Class ended so I went to the gym for practice. When I peeked in I saw that no one was there. At least I don't have to talk to anyone I thought as I put my stuff on the table. Right next to where I put my stuff there was a box cutter.

I guess Kiyoko forgot to put it back. I held the box cutter in my hand, and stared at it thinking about the night two days ago. Is it really worth it I thought I mean life. I remember as a kid I always thought that everyone gets there happy ending at some point; so the same would happen to me.

I chuckled at how ridiculous it sounded; I mean reality is way different from your average fairy tales. I opened the box cutter grazed it over my hands, over and over again till it actually started to hurt.

After I put it down and heard some footsteps. Crap...what am I'm going to do everyone is going to be here soon. I took my belonging and rushed out of the gym, and into the girls bathroom.

I cleaned myself up, and searched through my back pack to see if I had any bandages, thankfully I did. I also had a sweater with me so I didn't have to worry about anyone asking me what happened.

Maybe I shouldn't go to practice today, but I can't because I'll worry everyone else again. I'll just go and deal with it. I made my way out of the bathroom and into the gym. To no surprise everyone was there practicing.

"Hey Yachi"said Kiyoko. "Hello" I respond "Do you need help with anything. She nods her head and gives me a bunch of work to do. I go to the table and start doing it.

Hinata's POV
I was tapping my finger on the desk waiting for the last bell to ring. "Hinata can you answer the question" asked the teacher. I started to get nervous but then the bell rang saving my butt.

I ran out the classroom before the teacher could say anything and went to the gym. Once I reached the gym I peeked in and the scene inside was horrific. It was looking seeing Yachi...cut herself. Those two words in the same sentence was just plain wrong, and saddening.

She then started to look nervous, and went to leave the gym. I quickly hid somewhere so she couldn't see me, and it worked. When she left I got out and went to the gym.

So this is why she's been acting strange, maybe something to do with family has to do with this. I have to do something, but how. Should I tell someone; no I can't cause then there could be a chance that it would leak out.

For now I'll keep quiet until I figure out how to deal with this. I go get one of the balls and start practicing with the wall. Soon everyone else comes to the door and we start doing our drills.

Then Yachi comes through the door with a smile on her face like nothing happened. That's totally fake I thought as I looked at her. Since I wasn't paying attention the ball smacked my face knocking me to the ground.

I felt a dark aura behind me, and I turned around to be met with the milk man. "What the hell could you possibly be thinking about during practice" screamed Kageyama. "He's right ginger get your head out of the clouds" screamed Coach. "Right" I say as I get up and continue practicing.

After practicing our receives and spikes we played a few games. Then our practice was over. Everyone helped clean up the place with each of us having different tasks. I was in charge of putting the balls back. I felt a tap on my shoulder and I turned to see Yachi.

"What is it" I ask. She handed my an ice pack and said, "The ball bruised you face so here." "Thanks" I say as I put it on. "I guess I was to focused that I didn't even realize." Letting a laugh fly out.

"Let me help you" she says and then we both finish putting the balls back. "Yachi wait for me outside and I'll drop you off" I yell before going into the boys club room. When I got in there everyone was staring at me. "Is something wrong" I ask.

"So you and Yachi" said Tanaka while wiggling his eyebrows. "Yeah what about us" I say completely oblivious to everything. "Come on man don't leave us in the dark." Said Noya slinging his arm around me.

"What are you guys talking about." "Well you said that you were dropping her off home so are you two dating or something." asked Kageyama. My face turned bright red and Tanaka and Noya started laughing.

"So you do like her" they both said. "Both of you stop making fun of him." yelled Daichi. "You guys got it all wrong; I just want to make sure she doesn't get hurt like last time." I say still blushing.

"Hmm....I guess it makes sense" said Sugawara. "Well I should go before she starts wondering where I am." I said making a run for it so I don't get even more embarrassed. I don't like Yachi...do I.

Yachi's POV
I was standing outside waiting for Hinata to come. Where is he I thought I really need to get home. After I came back from the bathroom I've been feeling really dizzy. I thought it could go away but it didn't; in fact it got even worse. Must be from lack of blood I thought.

Ughh...I feel like I'm going to pass out, please
come soon. At that same moment Hinata came running to me and I sighed in relief. "Hey Yachi you okay" he asked "You kinda look a little pale." "I'm fine" I say but I really wasn't at all. "Okay then hop on" he said.

I start to walk to the bicycle, but after one step I start to fall. Luckily Hinata caught me in time, but my vision was becoming blurry. I looked at Hinata and saw that he was saying something, but I couldn't hear him. Then I blacked out.

Hinata's POV
When I saw Yachi falling I immediately caught her. "Yachi what's wrong, what happened, can you hear me." I ask but then she blacked out. Oh man I thought what am I going to do.

I can't bring her to her house because I don't have her keys, but I also can't leave her here.
I guess the only option is to take her to my place. I hoisted her on the front seat while I took the back.

My legs were somehow long enough to reached the peddles so I was still able to ride my bike. I let her lay her head on my chest to she would be comfortable, and then I rode faster than I ever did before.

Once I reached my house I practically jumped out of the bike with Yachi in my hands and ran inside. My mom was in the kitchen cooking and she saw me. "Oh Hinata your back ho-" she stop mid sentence when she saw Yachi in my arms unconscious.

"What happened to her" she asked. "I'm not sure she just fainted so I brought her here." "All right place her on your bed and we'll wait for her to wake up." I nod my head and go to my room.

I open to door and place her down. I really hope you'll wake up soon I thought and then I left. When I went out I saw Natsu standing outside looking worried. "What happened" she asked. I knelt down to her height and said, "Don't worry everything's okay, my friend got hurt so she's staying the night."

"Shōyō you said it wrong; she's not your friend she's your girlfriend" she said with a smirk. "You littl-". I said while chasing after her.

"SHŌYŌ, NATSU STOP THAT THIS INSTANT." Screamed mom. "Yes ma'am" we both say. "I won't take back what I said" said my devious sister and then she walked away. What am I going to do with her I thought.

I decided to eat my dinner, and then went to sleep on the couch. Fortunately tomorrow was a Saturday so I could sleep in all I wanted to.
