The last term of the year started today and Letoya and Sage were on their way there.
She had been to Junior's place over the weekend but didn't sleepover and they relived the last night at the resort.
The flashbacks brought sensations to her lower region.
Junior had an early morning at work so she walked to school with her stepsister. Her relationship with Letoya was better than before but Sage was hesitant in confiding in her.
She couldn't get a hold of Ashley since her return, but she knew she'd see her at school.
They arrived at the gates and Trisha was waiting by their usual steps. Letoya went up to her and they hugged, Sage followed slowly behind.
"Hey," Sage greeted whilst looking around for her friend.
"Hey Sage," Trisha wasn't certain as to whether this was really happening or it was a dream.
Silence followed.
"Well let me head to class," Sage announced and scurried away.
When she stepped into the homeroom class, she didn't see Ashley. Disappointed, she went and sat down at her usual place.
She took her phone out and went through her chat with Junior, smiling as if she just read the messages for the first time.
She then went to her pictures and browsed through the memories of last week.
"He must've popped that cherry, got you looking this good," Ashley said which made Sage snap her head up towards her friend.
She was happy to see her so she jumped up and embraced her, "I missed you," she squealed.
"Stop lying, I called you and your phone was off," Ashley rolled her eyes and sat down in her seat.
Sage studied her friend closely and something wasn't right, there was a change and she couldn't pinpoint it.
"My phone was the last thing I had in mind," she admitted.
"So was I, it's cool though. How was it?" Ashley asked.
"Uhm it was great! We went hiking, rafting, abseiling, ziplining and romantic dinners, it was an awesome week really," Sage beamed.
"That week sounds nothing like black folk, I wouldn't," Ashley commented just as the bell rang.
Sage didn't take much note of her comment as she put her phone away. Students filed in and Vanessa as usual glanced her way with a devious smirk, only, her eyes weren't locked in hers but Ashley's.
Sage looked at Ashley who returned a mean mug then at Vanessa, "What's going on with y'all two?" She whispered.
"I'll tell you later," Ashley responded.
...
Junior just finished a job and was on his way home. He felt like he was being followed, but saw nothing when he looked into his review mirror.
With a shrug, he swerved into the shop and parked next to a white small car. Checking his surroundings, he tucked his gun into his black jeans and got out of his car.
He looked behind him before walking towards the entrance. He took out some notes from his pocket as he headed for the fridges at the back.
Without notice, a body threw itself onto him and he backed away a little, ready to defend himself. When he glanced at the smaller body, he noticed it was a female.
He let his guard down a bit, "Sorry, you good?" He asked, helping the lady stand up straight.
"Yes I am JR," the girl said in a flirtatious tone.
