Thanks for reading!
-------------------The next day at set
Laura's POV
As I pull up in the parking lot, I see Ross standing in up against his car waiting for something, or someone. I get my books and lock the door.
"Hi Ross," I greet him.
"Hey Laur, lets go."
"You already have a nickname for me?" I laugh.
"Yup I thought about it a lot when I got got home. You have a beautiful name."
I blush. "Thanks. Wait you were waiting for me?"
"Yeah," he says holding the door open for me.
We get into the room we were in yesterday. We read lines and we do other stuff.
Sounds like a crush~
Finally when we are done rehearsing, I put some stuff I brought for my dressing room in my room. It needs work, but as my mom says, little by little. I hear a knock at the door.
I answer it. It's Ross again.
"Hey Laur," he says coming in.
"Come on in Ross," I joke.
"Ok so Raini, Calum can't come to my house to hang so you up to it?" He asks.
"Sure, why not I'd love to meet your family."
"Okay well we're done for today so let's go. You can leave your car here and I can drive you to rehearsals tomorrow."
"Okay," I say.
Sounds like a crush~
When we get to his house, it's not what I'm expecting. It's huge. Well he does have a huge family. He leads me to the front door.
"My family isn't home yet, my mom texted me saying they went somewhere," he explains.
"Alright."
We sit in silence which only lasted for about a minute, but felt like a lifetime.
"Well, tell me about yourself," he says.
"Well I am 17 and I love to read, play piano, sing, do homework and that's pretty much it."
"That can't be true you are bright, there has to be more in your life than that."
Sounds like a crush~
When Ross' family got home, we introduced ourselves, hung out a bit and got to know each other, it was really fun.
When I got home I did my homework, read over lines for Austin & Ally, read some books, and wrote in my diary. Boring stuff as Vanessa calls it.
The next day as I go to the Austin and Ally set, Ross is standing there on his iPhone playing a game, texting or whatever it is Ross Lynch does on his phone. I park the car, take out my papers and stuff and greet him.
"Still waiting for me I see," I say smirking.
"Of corse I'll wait for you. In any situation," he says sweetly and I smile. He is a nice guy. Not a flirt but a generally nice sweet guy. Mind you I have never had a boyfriend a crush or anything so I probably wouldn't know what to do in a situation like that.
We walk in and begin shooting scenes for the first time.
Sounds like a crush~
I never knew I would be really good at acting. I think I found my passion. I get to do everything I like here. Austin and Ally set is my home.
Ross and I are getting closer. Not like boyfriend and girlfriend but as friends. I finally have a friend who isn't my sister. I never really had a friend before. The last one I ever had was my best friend Jade. We did almost everything in school together, in the seventh grade. We had every class together. Then when grade eight came, she started ignoring me, then not answering any of my calls. She claimed to be doing "math homework" but really, she wasn't. The time I had called her at like 7:00 at night. She claimed that she was doing math homework. But I know it wasn't true. But what was true was that I lost my only friend. I relied on my sister for the rest of my years of being alive. But I have Ross now. He, Raini, Calum, and Vanessa are all I need now.
