Section 11 The Start Of a New Journey

Austin, Felicity, Matt, Paisley, Nick, all road along the train, "I miss Almon not gonna lie he, he, he was my brother, and, loosing him was the hardest thing I honestly had to go through, I can't lose anyone else, Nick, Matt, No one, I love you guys and we need to keep fighting fighting past this fighting past all the death all the walkers everything, we are not dead we are alive and Almon showed me that" Austin cried, "Almon showed us the way to even get to the baseball field if it wasn't for him none of this would of been possible hell we all would possibly be dead if not for his dad saving you guys OR EVEN CASSANDRA, I don't think I'd be able to survive on my own, we owe him, Paisley is our responsibility, he fought for us and now it's our turn he saved your life Austin he made it possible for you to keep going jumping in front of that bullet and now it's our turn" felicity responded, "I love you" Austin said, "I love you too" felicity replied. "Almon was a great man" Nick said, "He was" Matt replied, "he was caring" Paisley spoke in soft words, everyone looked down, "OH MY GOD YOU CAN TALK" Austin laughed. No response came from paisley, she walked back to the bench, "damn I haven't heard a word out of her mouth I don't think in a while, The train after hours came to a stop, New Jersey, "woah what awaits us here" Austin hopped off the train, They all followed. They began running and smashing house doors open, scavenging for food and water. Austin killed 2 walkers that came through out of the bathroom doors of one house. They searched around and found no food and no water. "I'm hungry," Paisley said. "I know, I know," Austin replied, "Here take this," Nick said as he walked over and gave Paisley his last granola bar. Paisley took it and began eating. They walked outside and continued down the road. They got to an intersection, The stop light was off the stop signs were destroyed. There were flipped cars all over the road, "this place is crazy," Austin said. "Yeah, New Jersey is def a starter place," Nick said, "it lowkey looks like s***," Felicity replied. They walked down the intersection and got in to a main highway, then they took a turn into the woods, 2 walkers walked towards them Nick pulled out his knife and walked up and stabbed one walker in the head then ripped the knife out then threw the knife at the other one, the knife hit his arm, then Nick rolled grabbed the knife ripped it from its arm and stabbed it threw the temple. Felicity pulled out a paper and the weed she had in her pocket. "I need this," she spoke. She then rolled up a joint. She smoked 3 hits of the joint and proceeded through the woods with it in her mouth, The crackling of the 4 of them crunching in the leaves sounded as they got to a huge opening, trees all around creating a HUGE CIRCLE, with a huge built up place almost as if it was designed for an apocalypse. Nick pointed his gun up, Felicity pulling the Black revolver out of her pocket and pointing it upwards. "Who is out there?" A voice over the wall sounded, "we are people we came from Plainfield, we were walking, and we saw this place," Austin yelled back up. "What's your guyses names" the voice sounded, "Well you have felicity, then there's paisley, then we got Nick our soilder/helper and then there is me Austin, and Matt" Austin said. The gates opened, and a huge army marched out alongside the commander, who happened to be a male. "The names Dawson, I will bring you to our leader." Austin and Nick looked at each other, and Matt stood in the background. They all walked through the gate doors, looking around, there were roads houses and a few people roaming around. The five of the group Austin, Paisley, Felicity, Nick, and Matt all walked up to a huge black house that stood out more than the others. "You guys stay out here. We just want your leader," Miranda, the lady at the door opening it said. Austin stepped out of the group and walked into the house, White tile all over the floors leading to the stairs going up, his reflection bouncing off the tile floor. He stepped one foot on a step and began walking up.  He then came across a room walking down a long red hallway with a huge carpet leading to it, Dawson moved his hand and maneuvered it, pointing in the room, and Austin walked in. "The name is Jesse." The leader spoke, "Have a seat," he continued. Austin then walked over to the chair in front of his desk. Then he sat. "So what you off to doing or better yet what's your plans?" Jesse asked, "well I was planning to go to Virginia where it'd be safer," Austin replied. Jesse laughed, "safer you kiddin' me, the whole damn CDC got blown up. There's nothing left over there. There's more people here than there," Jesse laughed again."If you want, you can have a place to hunker down here, and you can keep your weapons. we aren't a place that takes things that are needed to our world today," Jesse said. "You can proceed to leave now," Jesse continued. Austin stood up and walked out the door down the stairs and out the other door, Felicity looked at Austin, and Austin gave the look as if this place was weird felicity caught on. They began walking with Dawson. They got up to a white house, the door number was 72 Dawson opened it, and let them all in, "do you guys wanna stay together or be in separate houses" Dawson asked, "I think staying together would be good thanks" Nick replied. "I wanna go to my own house," Matt said, Austin shook his head as if he was giving the okay. Matt left the house with Dawson. "This place is pretty big huh" Austin said, "yeah I guess so" Nick replied, "I'm tired" Paisley said, "here let me get you set up" Nick picked her up and brought her upstairs. Austin looked out the window nighttime rolled up like a joint at a party. "I'm getting tired myself" Austin said, and began to lay down on the floor with the blankets set up, Nick came downstairs "she's asleep there's a bed up there i can go up there and listen if you'd like me too and make sure if she cries I'm there"Nick said "sure" felicity replied then laid down. Her eyes began to close, and the sound of the whistling night sprung on. Then everything was silent.
