December 1st, 2030, Blessed-lands County California 2:15 P.M

Almon and Noah were at the gates on watch while the rest of the town worked on building themselves back up from last month. "We never did really talk about what happened after Elijah and CeCes death" Almon said as emotions filled the air. "I don't really think it's worth mentioning honestly" Noah spoke nervously. "I'm sorry you feel that way, if your ever ready to talk you know I'm here broski I love you, your family always have been ever since we were little boys I've looked up too you, seventh grade you stuck up for me when no one else would and I will always appreciate you for that" Almon said lightly punching Noah's arm as they both laughed. "You know that girl Lilly, me and her have started talking about life and she's pretty nice probably the nicest person I've seen come out of the apocalypse" Noah said to Almon smiling. "Yeah sounds it" Almon laughed. "I'm going to go speak to her can you keep watch I'll return and we can switch off" Noah asked, "sure" Almon answered as he continued to watch the distance checking for walkers. Almon sat there thinking about his entire life and all the people in it.
Micheal and Shelly continued to monitor there new shop. Grayson helped Courtney garden outside there home waiting for Almon to get back. Noah and Lilly talked for a while as Lilly gathered apples from her garden. Noah helped her put them in her basket. As time rolled on Noah hugged Lilly and began walking back towards the towers lookout where Almon sat with his gun. "Go home, I got rest of this watch" Noah said "I love you bro and thank you for everything you have built and everything you do and continue to do, everyone here appreciates you more than you'll ever know" Noah said as Almon got up hugged him "I love you too brother I'll see you later I'm gonna go lie down with my wife" Almon said as he began going down the ladder. Noah popped open his beer bottle and began drinking. Almon walked over to there Jail area and walked inside. Emily sat there in the Jail-cell as Jade sat there watching over her. "I told my girlfriend Brooke I would be here for the night on watch, she's okay with it" Jade said as he sat there writing on a piece of paper. "Emily, why I just want to know why" Almon asked. "I don't know, I have this rage inside of me that's all I can explain, I'm sorry" Emily said. "I'm sorry I can't let you out but I appreciate that just for everyone's safety okay, I am sorry." Almon said as he nodded his head to Jade and walked outside the Jail. He walked towards his home and inside the front door. Grayson was Asleep, Courtney was laying down trying to rest. Almon came over laid down and cuddled her, "thank you for being in my life for as long as you have I know things have been rocky, but you are the strongest woman I know and I appreciate everything you've done seriously I mean that" Almon said kissing her and hugging her. She looked him in his eyes, "thank you, I love you, you have stuck by me since day one and I will do the same I thought you died and if you didn't I was going too, I was pregnant and scared and didn't know what to do" Courtney said a tear dripping from her face, "it's okay, don't cry, everything is gonna be fine I will keep you and our child safe" Almon said as they both drifted to sleep slowly.

December 2nd, 8:03 A.M Blessed-lands County California, 2030

Almon opened his eyes to gunshots and screaming. He quickly got out of bed and ran over towards the front door he then turned his head and grabbed his hanging rifle and ran outside. Courtney got up trying to catch him before he left but couldn't. She quickly ran towards the window to see all the commotion. "SOMEONE BETTER GET OVER TO THIS GATE RIGHT NOW" A woman shouted along with two men. Almon ran over as two more gunshots were shot off into the air. Noah hanging onto the ladder trying not to let go. "NOAH WHAT HAPPENED" Almon yelled as Noah sat there dangling with one hand grabbing the ladder as hard as possible. "WE ARE BEING ATTACKED I DON'T KNOW WHY THEY ALMOST SHOT ME AND I FELL FROM TRYING TO BACK UP" Noah yelled as Almon ran to the front gate and Noah tried sneakily climbing back up. "My Sister Now" The woman said sounding very angry. "Who's your sister, Jesus Christ we can solve this easier by not trying to shoot my people" Almon said Nervously. "Her names Emily she's a little kid where is my sister" The woman said again as she raised her gun and pointed it at Almon. "She's here she tried killing one of us so we had to lock her up" Almon said. "Because you probably kidnapped her of course she's F****** Scared get her or I'm going to shoot you in the F****** Face you son of a B****. "Okay Jesus" Almon said running back towards the jail. He barged in as Jade was sound asleep. "Jade get up we gotta take Emily to her sister who we didn't even know she had" Almon said quickly as Jade unlocked the Cell doors. Almon and Jade. Brought Emily towards the gates they opened the gates and gave Emily to her sister. "If you guys ever cross our paths again, I Will kill you" The sister said as both her, and her little sister and the two guys both began walking away. The gates closed Almon began walking away as the gates slightly opened back up. Noah and Almon both went to go check up on Eric in the hospital to make sure everything was up to date and good. Jade looked at the Ladder and began climbing up to pull a watch Shift. A couple of the Dead began walking towards the gate. Jade shot them a few times and killed them. He then looked over and realized the gate was opened a little. He climbed down the Ladder and closed the gate locking it. He then began climbing the ladder again. He got to the top and began watching some more.

"Sylvie, I'm sorry I was just told to do a job and I went to do it and then they were going to kill this guy and all of a sudden Samantha shows up and kills them all with Dante it was insane and then I got forced to go with them after watching dad die" Emily said in tears. Sylvie hugged her tightly "that will never happen again I will make sure of it" She said looking up.
