The Sleepover Plunge

"Hurry up!" Juvia yelled at the tall boy.
"Yeah, yeah, yeah." Gray sighed, as he rushed to his car. She snatched her bag and stuffed it in the back seat, and she then sat in the front. Gray sat in the drivers seat, and put the keys in. The engine started.
They drove to a gated neighborhood called "Sunshine Estate". Juvia looked out of the window mostly, a lot of rich people live in these types of neighborhoods. Gray drove up to a big white house that is basically symmetrical and with many flower gardens.
He got out of the car, "Are you coming?"
She nodded and gathered her belongings.
"Juvia!" Lucy yelled, and ran over to them.
She gave Juvia a big hug and took some of her luggage, "Hurry, let's go to my room!"
Juvia nodded but turned to Gray, "Thanks for driving me here." He smiled and nodded.
Lucy dragged Juvia to her room, when she opened the two golden doors, her room was basically the size of Juvia's living room and kitchen combined. "I hope you don't mind the mess," she started, "my maids remodeled it with me, but she gave me more furniture than I needed." Juvia looked around, she saw that Lucy's bed was king sized with a yellow silk over hang. Next to her bed was two brightly polished silver nightstands. Lucy seemed like a princess to. "Hey Juvia! Let's go shopping first!" She giggled.
They went to the Mall near Town Square. Lucy pointed at a sign saying "75% off sale" at Magnolia Key, one of the expensive shops there are. Even if there was a sale, it still would be expensive. They went into the dress section, it was better than a thrift store or a normal brand. Lucy snatched a light teal sundress covered in purple flowers and gave it to Juvia. "Try it!"
Juvia tried looked for a dress for Lucy, she saw a pretty yellow one-strap dress. "You try this."

After the mall, they both drove to Lucy's house that night. Lucy muttered some words to herself as she fell onto her satin feathered bed. Juvia sat on Lucy's bed also. "Juvia, let's do something." Lucy suggested.
"Truth or Dare?"
Lucy shook her head, no.
"Ghost stories?"
A 'no' again.
"Food?"
Lucy shook her head, and she leaned in, "Gossip."
Juvia looked at Lucy, she wasn't the kind of person to talk behind people. Lucy twirled her hair and showed a smirk on her mouth. "How's Gray?"
Juvia blushed and looked down at the blanket, "We aren't going out."
Lucy sighed, "You're not fun." Juvia opened her mouth but was interrupted again, "Just kidding!" Lucy then stared off, "So, what's your story?"
Juvia rose an eyebrow, "My story?" Lucy pointed at her wrists, showing red scars. Juvia placed her hand over her mouth.
"I'll start, then." Lucy said, "I was always the 'rich kid' at my schools. Everyone wanted me to be their friend, just because I had money." Lucy sighed as she continued, "I never really felt like I fitted in. I was always the odd on out. And in Pre-K, when I was 5, my mom died. I cried for so long, but my dad never paid attention to me after that. He was busy with his business, like he is now. He forgot all my birthdays, he never came to any of my school activities, and never cared what happened to me." Lucy looked at Juvia deeply, "You, we're one of the first real friends I've ever had, in my whole life." Juvia's eyes wided.
Juvia looked at Lucy, "Lucy you are the prettiest girl I've ever met, you're so nice and you're amazing in so many ways, don't feel bad for yourself."
Lucy looked at Juvia, "What's your story?"
Juvia took a deep breath, "When I was born, my father noticed me as an ill-omened baby. Wherever I was, it was mainly gloomy. I felt like nobody was happy when I was there. I was 7 when I had a car accident, riding the bus home from school. I went to the hospital along with about 20 other kids. Only I lost my memory, my mom tried making me remember, but I couldn't. When I was 10, my dad left my mom and my sister. A year later, we found out he had another wife and child. My mom went into a 6-month depression after that. My sister and I couldn't do anything, but we never bothered her. I tried learning how to cook, I served my mom breakfast in bed and my sister at that time, my sister did all the housework and laundry. All my mom had to do was go to work, after her depression, she realized how much she didn't want to lose us, how much we made her happy. She tried her best being a mom, but she didn't realize what happened at school. I tried hiding it from her, like I do now, but I feel so guilty not telling her. I trust her so much."
Lucy placed her hand on Juvia's shoulder, "You'll remember one day Juvia, trust me."

The girls went to sleep after that, they then woke up at 8 in the morning. Lucy grumbled as she fell onto the floor. "Lucy..." Juvia muttered and fell on the floor as well.
They both laughed, "We can't get off the floor!" Lucy giggled. Juvia rolled herself up and pulled Lucy from the floor.
Lucy and Juvia walked down the large, polished, wooden stairs. Lucy leaded them to the dining room, which was basically twice the size of Lucy's room. The maids scattered and served the two many delicious courses and meals. After breakfast, Juvia was so full, she thought she would burst. Lucy just laughed at the thought.

"Aw! You're leaving already?!" Lucy wimpered.
Juvia smiled, "Thank you for having me Lucy, your house is very pretty. I hope you feel better."
Lucy smiled back, "You too, Juvii."
