Cole's POV
I don't know what is it? With Luna and school storeroom. She asked me again to meet her in the storeroom.
Oh, God! I am so nervous to see her, because now maybe I am her boyfriend. Sorry! Fake boyfriend.
I open the door of the storeroom, and Luna welcomes me, with cheerful smile. I thought she will be late, today also. But she surprised me by coming before me.
She doesn't look nervous at all, excitement is clear in her bright smile.
"You have come late", she says.
"No, you have come early" I reply.
"Whatever, place this chairs, facing each other", she orders looking at the wooden chairs, I think she loves to order everyone.
"But why?", I ask.
"Because we are going to sign a fake, relationship contract" she announces.
"A what?"
" You ask so many questions, just first place these chairs facing each other" she points to the wooden chairs.
I do as she asked, and place the chairs facing each other, Luna sits on the chair, and tells me, to sit on the opposite chair.
"So, as I was saying we are signing, a fake relationship contract", She tells me, and searchers something in her school bag.
"What that means?", I ask her, I am so much confuse and nervous as hell.
She pulls out a pink diary with a lock from her bag pack, "See, the thing which we are doing is unusual and different, so to do it properly we need a contract,which we both will sign"
"Okay, so what type of clauses, will be there in that contract?"
"We both will tell each other four clauses, that we will follow in this relationship, and in total there will be eight cluses in this fake relationship contact", She explains, and when she says fake relationship contact, it sounds so bizarre.
"But first unlock, this diary with this key", she shows me a key, which she is wearing around her neck in a chain.
I look at her without saying anything, because I am preparing my four clauses in my mind, for our fake relationship.
"What you are looking? Can't you, see my right hand is in Long arm cast, and I can't open this diary with my one hand only", she whines.
"I am sorry, I will unlock it", I go close to her, and she smells like roses, I don't distract myself more with her rose fragrance, and unlocks her diary with a key.
"So, let's start", she hands me her diary.
"Okay", I open the diary.
"Don't read it, just turn the pages until you find the blank page"
I don't read her diary and find blank page. If she didn't have told me also, I wouldn't have read her diary.
"First you tell me your four rules", she tells me, and I nod.
" But first write Fake Relationship Contract, with this Pink ink pen", She hands me, a pink pen.
Luna wants to be creative with this contract. I write with Pink ink pen, Fake Relationship Contact, and she looks carefully as I write.
I look at her to tell my first caluse, "Rule number 1: We will not try to change each other",This is my first rule, because I don't want to change myself, I know I am a nerd, and also boring, but atleast I am not fake, I like being authentic and I don't want to change anything about me for anyone.
"That means I can't change your wardrobe?", she asks me with wide eyes.
I told her, that she can't change the boring nerd like me, And only she cares about my style of clothes.
"Yes, you can't", I tell her because, I am happy with my clothes.
"Okay", she agrees with my first rule.
And with this rule, we will not try to change each other, we will accept each other the way we are.
"Clause no. 2: You have to, have dinner with me on every Saturday", On Saturdays I feel most lonely, then any other day of the week, because on Saturday nights, Sarah goes to hang with her friends, and Dad is mostly on night shifts on Saturdays.
"Okay", she says without showing any interest in this clause.
"Clause no. 3: In this fake relationship, there will be no lies and secrets", This relationship is a big Lie, but we both can't afford any secrets or lies from each other, and this rule is important to work this fake relationship.
"This clause is intense, but you are right, we can't afford lies and secrets in this relationship ", she says like, she can read my mind.
She adds," I agree for this clause"
I Look in her blue eyes,"Clause no. 4: In this fake relationship, we will never allow us, to have Romantic feelings for each other".
"Why would I have, Romantic feelings for you?"
I know she will never have any kind of romantic feelings for me. This clause is not for her, it's for me.
"I mean we will spend time together, so we may develop romantic feelings, so to avoid hurting each other, this clause is important", I try to explain, but I don't tell her the real reason behind this clause.
"I Love Ray, and I am doing all this for him, so that I can make him jealous, so don't worry I will never fall in love with you, because I am already in love with Ray, but as this is your last clause, I am giving my consent for this clause"
I know you will never fall in love with me, but I am afraid I might. And this clause will help me to avoid falling in love with you.
