Some days later

"Harry, Ron.... Wake up! " Hermione said.
"2 minutes.... Please.... Hermione.. T-tw-two minutes moreeeee" Ron said with a huge a yawn and a goofy smile.
"You're impossible. Harry, at least you wake up" Hermione said with pleading eyes.
"How does Ron gets to sleep and I don't" Harry mumbled.
"Because Ron isn't waking up and-"
"Ron will not sleep. Not anymore. " Pansy said that with a mischievous smirk on her lips. Hermione raised her eyebrows in question. Pansy's smirk changed into a only-I-know-the-punchline grin. She turned to Ron and took her wand out. With a non-verbal spell and a flick of her wand the room filled with sprinkles of water. As if it was raining without clouds. Before Hermione could get wet Draco came there with an umbrella and holded it above her head.
"WHAT THE BLOODY HELL IS THIS? " Ron shouted.
"PANSY.. PLEASE STOP THIS! " Harry shouted and jumped out of his bed. Ron was practically hopping up and down and pleading for Pansy to stop. Hermione was laughing and Draco was chuckling softly and throwing admiring glances at Hermione.
"O Ron, a Gentle Gryffindor Princess was trying to pursue you... You didn't listen to her, so I thought you needed some Slytherin treatment. So Draco and I planned it" Pansy said between soft chuckles.
"Draco, you can't do this to us" Harry said.
"Oh I can do everything" Draco said with a smirk.
"Pansy, what have I done? Ron was the culprit, wasn't he? " Harry said which earned him some of the special glares of Ron.
"Friend of a culprit is equally to be blamed" A familiar voice said.
They all turned their heads only to see  Ginny leaning against the door frame. She smirked.
"Explanation: if you were innocent you could have wake Ron. "
"Now, we have another crime partner I guess, don't we Pansy? " Draco said.
"By the way, what are you doing here, Draco? " Ron asked.
"Just came to see how is our new crime partner doing." Draco said with a shrug.
"What are you kids doing there? " Mrs. Weasley's voice rang through the stairs.
Uh-oh
Everyone was looking at each other. How to clean this mess? What to do? Pansy was practically biting her nails.
D

raco was smirking as he can play his I'm-the-guest Trump card. The Golden Trio were looking at each other as if (Professor McGonagall was declaring that Hermione has failed in every exam.
A giant spider was standing in front of Ron.
Thousand dementors were standing in front of Harry)
they had seen a boggart.
Within a fraction of seconds Ginny flicked her wand and the water dried up from the room. Mrs. Weasley came into the room.
"What are you guys doing here? " Mrs. Weasley asked.
"Nothing much. Just talking you know" Ron mumbled.
"Merlin's beard, am I dreaming? You're awake! "
"Yeah.... I figured out that waking up early is a... Er.. Good habit" Ron mumbled throwing sideway glances at the Slytherins who were smirking.
"At last" Mrs. Weasley said. "Come down, breakfast is ready" With that she went down stairs.
"There is a little advice for you both.
Do mischiefs, but first know how to get yourselves out of the mess" Ginny said. "My dear crime partners"
"I agree" Hermione said.
"Since when did you started agreeing with mischiefs? I mean when we used to break rules you used to give us lectures" Harry said with his eyebrows raised.
"Since she met Draco" Ginny said in a very low voice.
"What? " Hermione and Draco said in unison.
"Nothing. Harry, there is a letter for you, from the ministry, go have a look"
"Yeah"

*****

After some time they were all sitting at the breakfast table and eating sandwiches and talking about old times.
"You created an organization against Umbridge right under her nose? " Ginny asked with disbelief.
"Yup" Harry said.
"Wicked. You can really be a good Slytherin, you know" Ginny said.
"The Sorting Hat suggested me that.... But I wanted to be Gryffindor" Harry said with taking a sip of his coffee.
"You never said that you were suggested to be a Slytherin. God, can you even imagine... I mean.... The famous Harry Potter as a Slytherin" Draco said with a horrified tone.
Harry narrowed his eyes. "I could have been a great Slytherin but I chose to be a Gryffindor. And that's what makes me Harry" Harry said proudly.
"Bloody Gryffindor proudness" Draco muttered and rolled his eyes.
"Language, Mr. Malfoy" Hermione said.
"How come Ron gets to say his 'bloody hell' and I don't get to say 'bloody Gryffindor proudness'? " Draco retorted.
"Because Ron isn't actually insulting someone else's Hogwarts house" Hermione said.
"Well, practically Ron has insulted Slytherin house for at least thousand times"
"So have you "
"You are-"
"Shut up" Pansy yelled. "Can't you ever get into an agreement? "
"No" They both retorted at the same time.
"Is it some kind of game or it's a coincidence that you two always say things together? " Harry asked with raised eyebrows.
"She speaks when I want to speak"
"He speaks when I want to speak"
They said in unison. They looked at each other and shared a frustrated look.
"Shut up" They again said in unison.
"Enough" Ginny said. "Let's go outside"
They sat at the bank of the river and enjoying the Sunday.
"Hey, Ron... I guess we should have a duel... As a auror practice of course" Harry adds as everyone raises their eyebrows.
"Yeah.... I've been out of practice for a while... Let's begin"
They stood up and faced each other.
"Expelliarmus"
"Protego"
They said in unison as if they know each other's moves too well.
"Harry, use some other spells,mate-"
"Stupefy"
Ron escaped narrowly. Harry smirked.
"Alright with this spell, mate"
"Stupefy"
"Protego"
"Confundo"
This goes on. After what feels like half an hour Ron gets hit by a stupefy and surrenders(not because he's tired.. But because he's hungry) .
"May I get the honour of having a duel with the brightest witch of her age? " Draco asked with a grin on his face.
Hermione looked up from the pages of a book which she was reading.
"Are you sure? " She asked.
"Absolutely"
"It would be my pleasure" She grinned.
Everyone was busy watching them. It was like the fire was battling with water. It was like a snake was battling with a lioness. It was actually a Gryffindor battling with a Slytherin.
"Be careful, Mr. Malfoy... It might be the last time you want to battle with any Gryffindor" Hermione said a smirk playing on her lips.
"Let's see" Draco replied.
"Stupefy"
"Stupefy"
They said together and dodged each other's spells.
"Stupefy" Hermione screamed.
"Protego" Draco said.
"Incarcerous" Draco screamed.
Hermione dodged it narrowly.
"You are using binding curse on me? " Hermione said with raising her eyebrows.
"Well, everything is fair in a wizard duel, isn't it? " Draco said.
"Ok" Hermione whispered dangerously.
She locked her eyes with his as if to petrify him through her eyes.
"Since when did you start following rules, Draco" She whispered.
And Draco was caught in that moment and in those eyes. It was as if time stopped between them. Hermione took the advantage and slightly raised her wand.
"Petrificus Totalus" She said.
Draco fell on his back completely petrified.
"You used petrifying charm on me! " Draco screamed.
"Everything is fair in a Wizarding duel" Hermione quoted him.
Draco groaned.
"You took my advantage" Draco said.
"What advantage? " Hermione asked.
"I was... I was.. was staring at you and you took the advantage" Draco said.
"Then ... Well.... You shouldn't stare at anyone like that" Hermione said.
"Like what? "
"Like you forgot that you were in a duel! It's an advice for you.. Never look at anyone like that.. Or you'll lose focus"
"I wasn't looking at anyone... I was looking at you"
Hermione went red. Draco realized what he actually said and his pale face was painted red. Pansy coughed.
"Uhhh... I and Ron want to go for a duel" She said.
Everyone focused on them as they squared each other. Pansy started it with a hex which Ron dodged expertly. Ron threw a hex at Pansy which she dodged.
"Stupefy"
"Stupefy"
This time it hit them both and send them flying in the different directions.
Ginny and Hermione immediately rushed to help them while Harry and Draco laughed at the side lines.
"Well, Harry and I are only left" Ginny said.
"No" Harry said.
"Why not? " Ginny asked.
"Because I can't see you as an enemy or opponent"
Ginny looked at Harry. Those words really touched her.
"What if someday you face me as your opponent... As.. As your... Enemy" Ginny asked.
"That day won't come. If it does... I'll never be the one to fight you" Harry said.
"Okay. Fight me as your friend, please" Ginny said with pleading eyes.
"Okay." Harry said.
They stood against each other. The sun in the sky hid itself in the clouds as if the sun can pick up the tension in the air. Fire and water balance each other but fire and fire are fuel to each other. Fire and fire can only cause destruction if not handled properly and this was fire vs fire. A lion vs lioness. A Gryffindor vs Gryffindor.
They both raised their wands.
"Stupefy"
"Expelliarmus"
The spells dodged each other.
Ginny tried to hex Harry while he tried Ginny's special Bat-Bogey hex on her.
It was blur of lights and blasts. They both were not ready to back down. At the end Harry hexed Ginny and she fell on the ground.
"Arghh! That hurts! " Ginny said with a frown on her face and rubbing her back.
"Sorry, Gin. I swear I didn't mean to.... " Harry said and hold his hand out for Ginny .
"Are you sure? I'm still your opponent" Ginny said
"But you're still Ginny" Harry said.
"Ok" Ginny said and hold Harry's hand.
Within a fraction of seconds Harry was on the floor on his face. And Ginny was standing in front of him with a smirk playing on her lips.
"In this one year, while I was in Dolohov mansion.. I learned some things and the first thing was.. Never ever... Help your opponent, he/she might be your friend but while dueling everyone is enemy"
"This is not fair.... It was supposed to be a Wizarding duel.. Not a muggle one"
"Everything is fair in love and war...Ever heard that quote? " Ginny said with a smirk. With that Ginny stepped in front of Harry and sat on her knees.
"I don't need a wand to defeat you, Mr. Potter"
"I already lost everything at that moment when I realized that the flowery smell which I smelled in the love potion was yours..... I already lost everything the moment I kissed you.... I already lost everything that I have because I fell in love with you" Harry said. For some time they were just looking at each other.
"Surely Ginny knows other wayyyyysss, to defeat Harry, isn't it Weaselette? " Draco said with a smirk and giving  a bit of effort on the word 'ways'.
Ginny was blushing furiously. Harry was looking like a Gryffindor banner:complete red. He was also glaring at Draco. Ron was suddenly very interested in the sky and surrounding areas. And Hermione and Pansy were trying their best not to burst into laughing.
Suddenly an owl came and dropped a letter at Harry's lap. They stood up and opened it.
"It's from the minister, Kingsley"
After reading it an expression crossed through Harry's face.
"There's a little trouble"
