"Kill them all! Leave no survivors!" A chill ran down the young Sarcova's spine as she heard those words ring out from outside her window.

"Yes Alpha." Was the instant reply. She got out of her bed and ran downstairs to her father's study where she knew he still was.

"Dani!" He hissed. "Why are you here, it's not safe."

"Daddy-"

"Dani, what are you doing here?!" A feminine voice shouts from the door. Both Danielle and her father look up to see Sasha Sarcova, Danielle's mother. She rushes in and picks the now shaking young Sarcova up from the floor. "I'm taking Dani to my parents' place. She'll be safe there Frank." The frightened young girl looked between her parents.

Frank sighs dejectedly, knowing that he should let his wife take their only child to her parents place so she is away from the ensuing chaos. He nods to his wife and she walks forwards, kissing his temple before rushing out the door.

It isn't long before a blood-curdling scream is heard. Frank rushes out of the house to see two strong looking men holding his wife - each arm held by one man - and his daughter held by a man with regal stature, the Alpha. Danielle starts to cry as Sasha tries to get out of the grips of the two shifters holding her back so she can comfort their girl.

"Alpha Sarcova." Frank's eyes met with the Alpha holding his daughter.

"Alpha Winters." The intruding Alpha smirks as Frank recognizes who he is. "Please let my girls go." As he spoke, he walked down the stairs and to the dirt that the foundation of their house had been built on. As he walked forwards, more of Winters' pack surrounded them, not looking for a fight... waiting for one.

"You took something from my pack Sarcova. I'm going to take something of yours." As Winters spoke, Sasha managed to break free and shifted to her sandy colored wolf with black ears. She was quickly followed by the two men that had held her captive in their iron grips.

A deep growl resounds from both Alpha males, both a warning to the other for different reasons. As the sandy wolf and the two dark brown wolves face each other a smirk crosses across Alpha Winters' face. "Call her off Sarcova."

Frank looked at his mate whose hackles were raised, teeth bared and lip curled. "Promise to leave us alone." He bargained.

"You have my word." Frank nodded to the light wolf and she backed off and walked to his side, her eyes drilling into Winters' steely gaze as he still held their daughter in his burly arms.

"Release my daughter." Frank demands in an even tone. Winters smirks and makes an action of putting her on her feet, Danielle worming in excitement of being able to go back to her parents' safe embrace. Without warning, Frank shifted as the two dark brown wolves were joined by blurs of colored pelts all mashing together with snaps of teeth, snarling and low growls.

"Mummy! Daddy!" Danielle was forced to watch as her parents were slowly overpowered and pinned to the ground; jaws of the opposition positioned over their throats waiting.

A small nod from their Alpha is all it took for the wolves to comply. Danielle screams and thrashes about as tears fall freely and sobs rake her body.

She's let go and falls to the ground in a crumpled, crying mess as wolves she doesn't know walk past her and fade into the forest. The young Sarcova slowly crawls over to her parents' now lifeless forms, blood soaking into the ground around them.

She hears a dark chuckle before the sound of the Alpha shifting and running off. She stays curled up between her parents' bodies and cries. She sees something that was around her father's neck and she reached for it.
