The 13th birthday of the twins came and passed, then the first Christmas without the father, Timothy's birthday around eastern and even the 14th birthday of the youngest slips by. Now Timothy have only two exams left, before he must make a practice experiment for three months before he has his final degrease. Knowing full well that he is shit in any business-related subject his youngest brother is helping him out by teaching him the important things and of course L has offered him a to make the practice experiment in his business as well. Timothy, knowing that he will probably work in the music field in Werner company after gratulate, agrees to that and is now, even that the practice experiment doesn't start official, in one of the studios of his brother's company.

"Please start over." It isn't that Timothy has any right to give such instructions, but he could end up being the boss of this department in some month from now and everyone is aware of that fact, he does what feels right and everyone listen.

The four boys, three of them even younger than L, doing exactly what Timothy has ask for. Timothy has no right to decide if they're getting a record deal or not, but if they doesn't he will speak with his youngest brother and make sure that who ever decided against get fired and the boys will get what they deserve. And probably it will go this way, because Simon, the boss of this department is an old thinking alpha, who can't handle the fact that there are a lot of talented people outside who aren't alphas or male betas. Of course, Werner Company has also signed some omegas or female betas but it's really rare and all the contracts of that were made by the further CEO, not by Simon. With that the group of four has a low change. They know that they will probably getting rejected because of their genders, but they're trying. That they're that young doesn't help their case, but Timothy likes them and find them real talented.

A beta boy, 12 years old, is the youngest and the lead singer with an amazing voice. Then there is Michael, lead guitarist, happen to be an omega and more skilled on his instrument than most people, even older ones. He isn't the only omega of the group, because there is also the bassist, he's probably the shyest and less skilled one, but he know how to play the bass and using his voice for singing, even that he lisper a little. And last, the drummer, Ashton, the only alpha, being with 14 only some days older than the CEO of the company. He is good with his words, never using his inner alpha to make his bandmates do something, threating them as equal as Timothy likes people to see.

While the four boys playing a track, they have written by themselves, Simon comes in. Timothy is well aware of his present but he doesn't acknowledge him. For at least five minutes they're standing next to each other looking into the boot, listening to their music. "That's a waste of time" Simon spits out and Timothy has to take a deep breath to not yell angrily at him. None of the other workers saying a thing, aware of the fact that Simon is indeed their boss, even when L is standing abbot him. But Timothy with his direct contract to the CEO, isn't afraid of Simon. "They're talented." This resolves in a glare from Simon towards the 19 year old boy. "They will not getting sign" Timothy is now looking at the man, "I think different". "And who are you, to think that they would bring the Company any money? They may be talented, but it needs little more to make it to success." With this Simon storms out of the door, leaving Timothy and the other workers behind.

"He wound hesitate to fire you" one of the workers says to Timothy. "He can't" is all the young boy says back and getting looks of admiration because of it. It's true, Timothy can't get fired because every contract has as last step a signature from the CEO and that happens to be his younger brother. After a little while one of the workers says: "It's a shame that we have to say them no." Everyone nods with sad eyes, but not Timothy. "Will not happening" "Because of your brother?" asks one curiously. "I like the music they're making and I also like them as persons as much as I can judge that. And if Simon doesn't give them an acceptable contract, I will let my brother make it."

At the break time, Timothy goes towards the office of the CEO to join him during lunch. Timothy knocks and doesn't get an answer, waiting for some minutes and knocking again. And again no answer, but seeing that L's bodyguard is standing nearby he knows that the younger one is there. Waiting again a while, looking nervous at the clock, and decide that he will carefully take a look inside. Opening the door a little, putting his head through he sees the boy sitting at his desk, above are two alphas, back towards him. For a second L's eyes are on him, then he nods and Timothy comes in silently making his way over towards the sofa.

"Mr. Allen, compromises must be make on both sides, if we want a cooperation to be happening" the high voice rings to Timothy's ears. "We already made some" one of the alphas answers. The young CEO shakes his head: "If you mean by that, that you only accepted my ground conditions I gave you nearly a year ago than I have to inform you that there will no deal between us." For a second it's silent. "I will get you an assistance to lead you out." With that the 14 year old boy stands up, but none of the alphas are moving. Timothy sits up straighter seeing the situation, but it isn't necessary, hearing the next sentence from the man in front of L. "Sorry, we're here to negate. You want more security in the choosing process, how could we guarantee that without giving you main entrance to our inside business data?"

Timothy doesn't know any of this, but he's sure that there is no other way than doing exactly that. And that let a grin spread over his face, hiding it by looking down and tying his shoe. "A cooperation is built by trust and I already see that you don't have it towards me" the young CEO says without sitting down again. "If you're not ready for such a big step, you're probably not ready for how things going to work with me or my company either. Therefore I wish you to overthink your intentions with me and if you really want a cooperation and not an exploitation of new power relations in the Werner Company, than you may call me to ask for it again." The boy goes toward the door, both alphas looks catches and following the moment L holds the door open for them with the words: "Have a nice day Mr. Allen, Mr. Smith."

The second the door is closed behind the two the young CEO runs towards his older brother, jumping on his lap and snuggling himself into him. "You really catches them with your last statement." L shrugs. "They looked guilty." "They should be, but give me at least two years and their company is under my name." "By the way, what company was it?" "Disney." "What?" screams Timothy and nearly pushes L out of his lap. "You think about overrule Disney? We're speaking about the media company, which has a lot of popular movies made and is one of the top companies in the world?" The younger one nods. "Isn't it a little ambitus?" The CEO looks up a questioned look on his face and Timothy explains: "I mean you're 14, ruling this company since a little over a year and still not everything going smooth inside and you have already expanded a lot in Europe. Getting another company under is a huge step and with Disney it is ..." For a second Timothy doesn't seem to find the right words: "... it is a new category."

The younger one only laughs at that, but soon enough getting serious again. "Is there something at the music department you want to speak about?" Again Timothy is surprised how his brother know what is in his mind. "Over lunch" the alpha suggest and both standing up, leaving the office and building towards a café two streets away.

Timothy has getting a soup, while in front of L is a steak. The moment the waitress left them with their meal Timothy starts talking about his situation with the band and Simon. The CEO doesn't interrupts ones till the older has finished. "Do you know if that happens often?" "I think so, the workers there saying that I may get fired because of what I did and I'm sure that a lot of contracts with musicians who aren't the gender norms are made by dad not with Simon." "I will have a look at it and make a contract for the four. Can you give me their names and everything personal about them into my office as soon as possible after lunch? Maybe sent one of the other workers with that to me please. And if possible make sure that Simon doesn't scare the boys away, if they're really as talented as you say than we will make them big."
