Narrator's point of view

Violette Black wrote countless of words in that enchanted notebook her parents gave her. They told her that Remus was keeping a close eye on her but can't show himself since he was not suppose to be in Hogwarts. Dumbledore allowed it since he's task was to protect the young Black from Bellatrix. Only that he can't expose himself because of Umbridge who has eyes and ears everywhere in the walls.

She just wanted to see one of her family and Harry can barely pull her together. The one cousin she has, the only person who knows of her struggles in life. She begged Harry not to tell a soul of her worries in which he did ofcourse but took no satisfaction of it. They have other friends such as Hermione who would want to know if Violette has something bothering her everyday.

Christmas is almost here and this was something she has been waiting for. Last year she had to stay in Hogwarts since there were a tournament but mostly since she had no family to go home to. This year, she does.

After Hermione and Harry's hardwork of bringing together many students, they just needed a place to whip out their wands freely where no one will interrupt and stop them. Neville had found the come and go room and shared it with the rest of his friends who was desperately needed a place to practice their capabilities.

"Absolutely not. There are already enough people here and they are more than willing to learn." Violette argued with much intensity in her eyes, arms crossed while she verbally fought with Harry.

They had reached the room of requirement with a few others that were Neville, Luna and Cho with Hermione and Ron. They all stayed by the doors while the two cousins argue.

"Yes but we need to prepare, Violette. There are many other students wanting to learn and you can reach out to them. You know lots of people in different houses." Harry was more than willing to push the topic, stubbornness which Lily Influenced on him growing up.

But ofcourse, Sirius' blood runs in Violette's veins. "And if we were caught? Harry we are already risking our lives just by forming this small group. If you wish to expand it, then I don't think I would want to sit still and watch as we get caught."

"But we will not get caught, Violette!" His voice echoed around the room startling his friends that stood by the door and wondered on what was the two arguing about. "You heard so yourself, Your parents are in trouble— so are mine! If it comes down to us needing to protect ourselves from Bellatrix Lestrange we need to take action."

"When I told you that Bellatrix has been helping Azkaban prisoners escaped, I did not expect you to turn it against me. My parents risk their lives trying to stop her and If I interfere with their mission, it will all be for nothing!" She shouted. "I didn't have my father when I grew up, Harry. I don't want to lose him just as I just have him in my life back."

Hermione and Ron looked at each other knowingly before looking at the two friends that were far from them but their conversation is too intense that they could hear it.

"You will not be losing Sirius and Scarlet. We just need to protect outselves, Dear cousin. I will promise you that."

Violette looked by her side and caught the eyes of many before they all turn to look the other direction. She sighed but her mind was already made up. "I won't do it. I'm sorry, Harry. I am risking everything, including my friends trust if we get caught and you know better than anyone that we will at some point."

"Violette—" Harry started and she shook her head almost too quickly.

"—I'm out. I'd take my chances if I ever confront Bellatrix herself than to cause ruckus here and interfere with our parents' mission. Don't you dare go strolling in the corridors for someone to recruit. You'll just be condemning them to draw 'lines' in detention." She said finally and walked away passing by her friends who looked at her.
