The division of subjects came at the end of the term, but that did not affect the enthusiasm of the students who were about to burst out in excitement.
Division of subjects was definitely a good thing for students in partial subjects, but there were also people who were particularly annoyed by it. For example, some students had some special reasons for not being able to choose between Liberal Arts or Sciences. For example, like Song Yao, her Liberal Arts scores are obviously better than Science scores. But, choosing Liberal Arts means that she wouldn’t be in the same class as Chen Yaoyang.
She could ask her family to help her be in the same class as Chen Yaoyang in her first year, but after the division of subjects, her family could no longer pull some string like before. They couldn’t do anything unless she decided to take Science, because Chen Yaoyang didn’t want to study Liberal Arts.
But even if she was a high achieving student, she may not be able to keep up. After all, Chen Yaoyang was very likely to enter the top class.
After the class division during the second year of high school, the classes would be reorganized. There would be a total of 36 classes, classes 1 to 10 are Liberal Arts classes, and classes 11 to 36 are Science classes.
In these thirty-six classes, there are three top-level classes, one for Liberal Arts and two for Science. They are the class 8, class 18, and class 28. It was probably a little superstitious of the school to constantly use the number 8, but it was an auspicious number.
The best students in each class of the high school would come together to form the top class. The class would have the best students and the best teachers, to ensure that the percentage at which the students in the class could pass the college entrance exam exceeded or reach 99%. This kind of data was useful for school admissions.
When Song Yao was in her first year of high school, she could rely on her Liberal Arts scores to enter the top fifty, but without the blessings of Liberal Arts, if she really entered the top class of Science, she didn’t know what rank she would be.
So even if Song Yao liked Chen Yaoyang no matter how much she liked him, she still didn’t dare to put her love over her grades.
Some people in the class were still clueless at which to choose and worried daily about the division of classes. Every day after class, they would run to the bathroom to call their parents to discuss and discuss.
Qiao Lan had almost made a decision and asked Tan Mo what he wanted to learn.
Tan Mo didn’t really care about Liberal Arts or Science. He never cared about classes, but if he had to choose one, he would lean towards Science.
But now that Qiao Lan asked him, Tan Mo did not immediately answer. Instead, he first thought about how Qiao Lan would answer this question.
If he said that he wanted to study Science and Qiao Lan said she wanted to study Liberal Arts, although he could change his words, Tan Mo still felt that this was not good. But Tan Mo did not understand why he felt that it was not good.
So in the end, he didn’t answer but instead asked Qiao Lan, “What about you.”
Qiao Lan took a pen from her bag and began to write on her notebook, “Science.”
“I have chosen Science as well.” Tan Mo answered, this time, it was very fast.
Qiao Lan put down the pen in her hand, and the corners of her lips raised briskly, “I also think that you are suitable for academic theory.”
