Arthit smiled as he caressed Kongpob's forehead.

"Don't get tensed Kong, just relax." Arthit's soft voice and his feather-light touches making Kongpob relax as he nodded his head softly.

"Are you scared P?" Kongpob asked as he looked up to meet his lover's eyes.

Arthit sighed as he stared straight at the tired dark brown eyes of the younger male. It's the day and Arthit had been walking on eggshells since he woke up in the morning, not that he was able to sleep the previous night. He only had a three-hour sleep before he woke up due to his alarm.

Kongpob was dressed in his operation gown and Phana just checked on him to make sure the latter was steady for the surgery. Kongpob had to wait an hour more before he will be taken to the operation theatre.

"I-I'm, but I'm sure it's going to be perfectly fine." Arthit smiled showing his dimples making Kongpob chuckle.

"I'm too P, all the possibilities of what-ifs are coming into my mind but I'm trying to be positive. I believe in P'Pha." Kongpob gave a weak smile to the elder.

Arthit kissed Kongpob's lips and took hold of the younger's palm as he caressed it.

"We're all here Kong. We're all here for you." Arthit whispered and Kongpob nodded his head.

Soon the door to the room opened and Arthit's parents along with Phana and the nurses entered the room.

"Ready for the fight, Kong?" Phana smiled when he saw Kongpob raising both of his thumbs and smiling at him.

"That's a good thing to hear." Phana smiled.

Soon Phana ordered the nurses to take Kongpob to the operation theatre after getting approval from Arthit and his parents.

Arthit didn't leave Kongpob's all the way when the nurses pushed his bed out of the room to the operation theatre. When they reached just outside the operation room Kongpob asked the nurse to stop.

"Stop worrying P'Arthit, I can see that in your eyes." Kongpob smiled as he tightened his hold on the other's hand.

Arthit chuckled and nodded his head, feeling a squeeze in his heart.

"Can you do me a favor P?" Kongpob asked, a weak smile plastered on his lips.

"Yes, Kong?"

"Get me my favorite flowers P, when I open my eyes I want to see it along with my P." Kongpob reached up to caress Arthit's cheeks who closed his eyes and nodded his head.

"I love you," Kongpob whispered.

"I love you too Kong." Arthit placed a kiss on the younger's forehead before the nurses took Kongpob inside the operation theatre.

Phana patted Arthit's shoulder before he walked inside.

Arthit sighed as he stared at the closed door of the theatre room. He felt a hand on his shoulder which made him look back to stare right at his mom's concerned expression.

"You okay, Oon?" Achara caressed her son's hair.

"I guess so." Arthit gave a forced smile. Even though he tried to act tough, deep inside there was this fear bugging him. Phana's words still echoed in his ears.

I can't give you my full word Arthit but I'll try my best. There are complications for his condition, there are chances that even if we succeed there might be other complications in the future too.
