Hayley and her friends have been working for hours on end. Most of them had left to go home but Hayley couldn't.

She sat in the big living room with nothing but a cup of bourbon.

She watched as the flames roared and wished to tame them. She missed being able to control fire. It was so amazing.

She sipped her bourbon, feeling a dull burn as it went down her throat.

She heard Klaus walk into the room and he came and sat next to her. He wrapped an arm around her shoulders and she leaned into him.

"Why is that every time we want a peaceful vacation we end up on the verge of a battle that might kill every last one of us?"

Hayley asked and Klaus sighed. "I guess we're star-crossed lovers. You think?" Hayley asked looking up at him.

"Well, the universe did kill you. Then you were supposed to die again. But then you didn't. Now, we're about to go up against a vampire that's like 60 times your age and wants to kill you so she can have me."

Hayley let her head fall into his chest and she grumbled. Klaus laughed, rubbing her arm.

She looked up at him and sighed. He pecked her on the lips, and she smiled. She leaned up and gave him a kiss. It was sweet and Klaus wanted more.

Klaus moved and Hayley came to sit on his lap. She put her hands on his cheeks, digging her nails in. He wrapped his arms tightly around her waist making her gasp.

He took the opportunity to push his tongue into her mouth, and soon that kiss turned into a make out session. Klaus leaned Hayley over the couch, still kissing her and he grabbed her thigh, sliding his hand up and down.

Hayley let her hands wonder to his hair and she tugged making him growl. He began to kiss harder and Hayley couldn't breathe. She pulled away panting. Klaus attacked her neck and her breath hitched.

When he licked just behind her right ear she let out a silent moan.

Klaus paid the most attention there until Hayley pulled his lips back to hers. She ran her hand down his spine and back up making him shiver.

She arched her back against him, pressing their hips together. Klaus pulled away abruptly making Hayley whine at the lost.

She looked up at him, and he panted covering his mouth.

"What? What's wrong?" He climbed off of her and she sat up. He motioned upstairs and spoke silently.

"Bedroom."

[The Next Day]

Klaus and Hayley laid tangled under the sheets of their bedroom. Klaus held her close so her back was to his chest. Her arm rested under her head and Klaus head was in her hair. His other arm was under his pillow.

They slept peacefully and silently until a knock came to their door. Hayley grumbled and Klaus turned his body to look at the door.

He heard the knock again and sighed. He kissed Hayley's forehead before finding his clothes and opening the door.

"Rebekah. What? Wake Hayley up and come downstairs. We have been invited to a party by the Tristan De Martel." That woke Klaus up fully. "We'll be there. Good.

Oh and keep it down next time."

Rebekah smirked, walking away from him. Klaus silently chuckled before closing the door and looking back over at Hayley who hadn't moved. He saw her back and her birthmark.

It was one of the things he loved about her. That birthmark.

He walked over and sat down. She groaned and turned to him. Her eyes were still closed but she spoke grumpily. "I have to get up don't I? Afraid so, love. Ugh...," Hayley said before sitting up.

Her hair was a mess and she yawned, keeping the sheet close.

"Good morning, my Queen." He said and Hayley smiled. She bit her lip before letting go.

"Good morning, Baddie. Bad? Me? Never. Klaus in all fairness, you would probably rip a guys head off for looking at you the wrong way. That's true but that guy would have to be glaring really hard." Hayley laughed and he smiled.

"Okay okay. I'm about to shower, meet you downstairs? As always."

She pecked his lips getting up and dragging the cover with her. He tilted his head, enjoying the view of her barely covered ass.

He chuckled and got up, going downstairs. He saw everyone except Bonnie.

"Where's the Bennett witch? Bon Bon, has to deal with a certain sociopath. Oh so she's got a witchy friend good for her.

You know Kai? We go back a couple years. We killed about a million people together.

I'm not surprised." Damon scoffed before falling back onto the couch.

"Since Little Gilbert and Bon Bon broke up, Kai and her have been spending a lot of time together. Maybe Bonnie's hooking up with him."

Bonnie walked in and everyone gave her a look. "What? Did something happen?" Elena sighed giving her friend a sad look.

"Oh Bonnie...," if only she knew.

"Okay enough about the witch's love life. We need to focus on the invite that's been sent to us."

Rebekah said and Hayley came marching down the stairs in a dark pink short sleeve, a black hoodie, green jeans and black ankle boots.

"Well, sent to Hayley. Tristan wants to meet you but, there is no way he's going to be meeting you without us.

Okay, then what's the plan? We go, we find out what Tristan wants, then stop him. Sounds easy enough.

Wait, we don't have anything to wear. Not yet." Rebekah grinned and that made Hayley shiver.

"Rebekah... please tell me you aren't thinking what I think you're thinking. Oh Hayley, you already know what I'm thinking.

Oh God anything but that. What is going on? Ladies. We are going shopping!!!"

Okay, I know you're kinda confused. I ship Bonnie and Kai. Bonkai forever. Anyways, I wanted it to be like Bonnie left the prison world before Kai and he came after.

While Kai was finding a way out, Jeremy and Bonnie broke up, then when he got out they got together after at least a month.

So that's the Bonkai story, we'll dig deeper as it goes on.

Bye now!
